This is a hard review to write, only because The Sarojin is one of those places that if people knew how good it was, everyone would be beating down the door to go there. We have just spent the most glorious few days there, everything was just perfect, from the beautiful grounds, to the amazing staff. The bar is glorious and the all day breakfast an inspired idea that we enjoyed so much. The rooms are so beautiful, with everything thought of, from the personalised water bottles to the daily fruit. Our only regret is that we didn't stay longer, but I know this is one place that we will definitely be returning to. It is not close to town though, so you will need a taxi, but this is not a problem and returning to the serenity of the Sarojin after a night out was always wonderful. We also did a day trip that was seamlessly organised, with a wonderful guide and little touches that made it so special. Thank you to everyone. Read less

This place is gorgeous to look at and the landscaping done is amazing. One of the best places we have seen. The lotus bed as we walk in personally was a huge yes for me. Loved it. Their beach is lovely unfortunately couldn’t walk for long due to the rains. Their breakfast is good and different., Rooms are beautiful with a beautiful tub in the middle. But the bathrooms don’t have doors so personal privacy is not one the features. But for a couple that’s fine. I am in love with the surroundings, the space, it’s far from the city though. We have to hire a car to move around. But well worth the visit. Dinner was great too. Staff is accommodating and pleasant. We surely recommend this place to everyone and will come back soon just to see the lotus. Must say hardworking gardeners at work all the time to maintain this expanse. ( mosquito repellents are given where ever we go ) Excellent experience, good job Sarojin. Far from town but worth it. Read less

An absolutely wonderful resort, deserving of the 5 stars. We stayed here for 3 nights at the end of our honeymoon and it was an amazing way to finish our first visit to Thailand. We stayed in the room with the outdoor jacuzzi and it was probably the nicest room I have ever stayed in. We took advantage of many of the available amenities, including the spa, beach, paddleboards, and pool. We had 4 massages in Thailand and Sarojin's was definitely the most comprehensive. The food at the hotel restaurant was superb, with dishes clearly the work of skilled chefs. The food is expensive by Thai standards, but for what you're getting as a tourist, it is an amazing value (I'd probably pay 3x as much in the US for this). The breakfast was probably the best hotel breakfast I've ever had; don't skip it! For one price, you can order as many small plates as you want off their very extensive menu, and they offer breakfast all day. For dinner, they have a Western menu and a Thai menu. You can order a la carte or do the all you can eat style for Thai dishes off a third menu. Again, amazing value. We did both the Thai cooking class and the fruit carving class with Get. He was a pleasure to work with and both classes were awesome. We came away with a handful of wonderful souvenirs from the cooking classes as well which was like the cherry on top. Service from the entire staff was wonderful; everyone was incredibly friendly and catered to our every need. As another reviewer stated, they really do think of everything you'll need before you do. Know that there is a lot of standing water on the property, so mosquitos and gnats are everywhere. They provide lots of their own citronella repellent, but definitely bring some stronger stuff. The car service to and from the airport was seamless. They even provide WiFi, cold towels, soda, and beer in the cars. Highly, highly recommended. Thank you Sarojin for a wonderful stay. Read less

I have just returned home from the best week in Thailand, part of my stay included 2 Nights at the amazing The Sarojin Hotel. This place is absolutely gorgeous! From the moment you step foot into the resort you feel yourself instantly relax, it's like walking into a spa, it's beautiful and calming you really need to experience this resort for yourself! The rooms are so beautifully decorated with luxurious amenities, very large and spacious and have the bathroom of dreams! All open plan with rain showers and a free standing bathtub, they are hands down the best bathrooms I have ever seen! The staff are amazing they are so welcoming and friendly and really go above and beyond for you. You can tell they are all so happy there and the story behind the Sarojin is incredible, it was ready to open and was destroyed by the earthquake and basically they had to start from scratch, because of the support they received from the staff at that time they have named the suites after a member of each of the original staff from that time, which is just so lovely! The resort really does feel like your home away from home. The food is amazing and I love that you have have the option of all day breakfast meaning you aren't restricted to your standard dining times, this is a really unique concept that works incredibly well! I will 100% be returning back to The Sarojin and cannot wait to start planning my next trip! Thank you for such an amazing stay! Read less
