The hotel

Situated right at the end of Waikiki Beach, just across the road from that soft, powdery sand, this large friendly hotel is in a slightly quieter spot than some other hotels and offers a fun and playful atmosphere. The rooms are decorated in a colourful, tropical style. On the 3rd floor, Tiki's Grill & Bar is a cool hangout with a real Hawaiian atmosphere — there's tasty locally sourced dishes, live entertainment and an outdoor terrace to sip a cocktail as you watch the sun set.

645 rooms on 20 floors in the main tower. All with air-conditioning, balcony, TV with pay-per-view films, WiFi*, coffee maker, mini-fridge and safe. City View Rooms are on the lower floors, with 2 double beds or 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 4 adults.

Partial Ocean View Rooms, Ocean View Rooms and Oceanfront Rooms, sleeping maximum 4 adults.

Tiki's Bar & Grill (Pacific Rim cuisine and live entertainment, open for breakfast, lunch and dinner), Wolfgang Puck Express (all-day light bites), Subway, Cookie Corner, Ku’Ai Market (convenience store). Outdoor swimming pool with terrace and pool bar. Fitness centre. Hans Hedeman surfing school adjacent. Complimentary WiFi. Valet parking $45 plus tax per day (payable locally, subject to change).

The Twin Fin Waikiki is a hotel with a wonderful location. There is kind and patient staff.Hotel provides you with chairs and towels for beaches which is saving your money.I should have a breakfast over the hotel I believe next time 😊

The neighbor had a crying baby for days, and when they shut their door, it shook the whole wall. The air conditioner didn't work. I notified the hotel and they offered me breakfast. No thanks. Wanted to check out early but the hotel wasn't willing to refund any of the stay. Now I know this is beyond the hotels control but there was road construction right in front of the hotel making noise all day. paving the street. Read less

You can book this hotel for cheap but you'll get your money's worth. The facilities are old except the gym which I think is relatively renovated. The pool is small. The room is okay. You can book this hotel for cheap but you'll get your money's worth. The facilities are old except the gym which I think is relatively renovated. The pool is small. The room is okay. It is comfortable but it is small and there are really not much amenities. The shower head is placed so low. It's built for someone who is 5ft tall. The service is average. It takes a while before can get someone to attend to your needs if you need any. My experience at Park Shore is much better. It can be booked for the same price. The Hyatt is probably $25-50 more per night but the facilities and rooms are so much better. One thing this hotel has is the view of Diamond Head and the partial view of the ocean which I thought were great. I'd book this hotel again only if I'm on a budget. A little disappointed with my stay. Read less
