The pool is heated and great size spa for us and the littles to keep warm and enjoy the beautiful weather in NOVEMBER! The guest service was wonderful. They helped us with any requests. We got to have a beach day with borrowing towels, sand castle supplies- even offering umbrellas and chairs if wanted! Valet was super helpful getting all of our loads of our luggage from our car to our room and back very easily. They had a musician sing the 2nd night there and our daughter loved going outside with all the people sitting by their fires hanging out. The pismo play ground and all the fun shops and other food is super close by!! We can’t wait to stay again! Read less

The staff- have to say the service was top notch, staff was all very friendly and helpful as approachable. The staff next door was not. The rooms-SUPER COMFY AND PERFECT SIZE FOR FAMILY! The bed was like a floating pillow cloud, bedding and all. I didn’t want to leave the bed this morning haha. Bathroom was a great size, has a separate bathroom, shower has shower head and handle head. Balcony was comfy with two chairs and a table to see the pier and watch the sunset at night. Read less
