Bed & Breakfast option: includes daily buffet breakfast at Ginger Moon.

Half Board Dine Around option: includes breakfast, and lunch or dinner at participating restaurants.

Full Board option: includes breakfast, lunch and dinner at participating restaurants.

All Inclusive option: includes breakfast, lunch and dinner at participating restaurants. Daily snack. Ice cream. Tea and coffee throughout the day. Mini-bar (stocked upon arrival with beer and soft drinks). House beverages (wine/soft beverages/beers and spirits) served from midday until the venue closes.

Great experience. Very nice hotel. The room service staff was the best I’ve ever experienced. Zinc Styles went the extra mile with organizing my things in the room and keeping it pristine. I really like this hotel and would love to visit again. :-)

The W Dubai was a magical moment for us as we transitioned from our life in the UK back to our life in Australia. You can imagine the stresses of moving countries after 12 years - the moment we walked through the doors and into the foyer of the hotel all stress dropped away. The hotel was outstanding, the staff were exceptional and the level of customer care was game changing no detail was overlooked. For example, one time I returned to my amazing room, and it had been serviced - but there was more - my laptop which was on the coffee table now sat on a portable computer stand!!! It was so impressive and so useful I requested to buy it to take with me. The service was beyond compare. My wife and I enjoyed every aspect of the hotel - we lingered over breakfast, we lounged by the pool, we enjoyed cocktails in the bars - and it was all kid free!!! No children terrorising the breakfast buffet, no children splashing in the pool, no children yelling in bars. We loved it! We will be back!!! We recommend it highly!!!! Read less

The hotel was nothing short of magnificent, but that did not compare with the hotel staff who could not do enough to make our stay special, Restraunt and pool bar staff deserve a special mention, Raj and Kamlesh among others gave us the best service and attention, so thank you all for a wonderful and memorable holliday.

Such nice people run this hotel. Francis on the welcoming team is absolutely the sweetest and kindest man, so thoughtful and made me feel so special. Rosie also, and she smells soo nice haha Sorry Rosie but you do 🥰 Ganesh is a lovely lad, he helped make my room amazing, so caring and wanting to do a good job Thank you all so much xx

I had the opportunity to try Legends bar at W Hotel and I was served by Camila Keshan and Rishi Sam both of them are very good. We had difficulty to choose our cocktail drinks and they help us to choose based on our taste preference. The bar has a nice ambiance too. I will definitely comeback here once I am back in Dubai.
