Dara who was our server at the Social was excellent. He provided the best dining experience i ever encountered. Ask for him if you ever dine there. He was attentive, gave great converstion, and walked us through the different courses. We opted for the 5 course blind menu. Every course had its distinct flavors. A must try.

Only drawback would be its location which is very very deep into the palm that is much bigger than I thought so it takes like 15min just to get out of the palm. Read less

We were well looked after everywhere but I would particularly note the Pearl lounge and the beach. The service felt like such a personal touch. Towels laid over the sun loungers for us, iced water supplied regularly, cold damp towels to cool us down and even an offer to clean our sunglasses! In the Pearl lounge people remembered our names and were so helpful. Read less

This was our fourth visit and as on previous occasions we had a fabulous holiday. The staff are exceptional and what set this hotel apart from others. In particular the Pearl Club is fantastic with a brilliant team led by Mercy and Evelyne. Santosh and his colleagues on the beach seem to effortlessly look after your every need and always go the extra mile. I would also mention Salman who serviced our room every day and was friendly, efficient and very flexible when arranging a time for cleaning the room. The only downside this year and it is worth noting is that there is a major building construction site adjacent to one end of the hotel. If you are unfortunate enough to be allocated a room at this end of the hotel, as we were, you will be unable to enjoy your balcony and possibly have your sleep disrupted as the work starts very early and finishes late, in our case they worked 24/7. I raised this issue when we arrived but i felt the management were slow to respond and seemed dis-interested. Read less
