Bullet was the most fun and amazing entertainer! He made our trip the best time ever! From checkin to checkout the staff was top tier! Will definitely return and recommend everyone visit! The DJs really know how to spin! The bartenders will not let your drink run dry! Run to the Warwick now!

Takes the stress off you :). The Staff are very nice, and always willing to help, Debbie at the front desk was excellent too! My loveliest part, was the food, it was great! Check out the late night reserved dinners, very cool too. While it's not a big resort, it does make up for it in many ways. Definitely would love to go back! Read less

The Warwick was definitely a good time. From check in to check out. All staff were incredible can not fault any one of them. Rooms- basic the fixtures to the dressing tables were tired and could do with updating, but did the job! The bathroom was tiny and the shower thermostat was broken. God forbid you have a hot shower it literally turns into a sauna as there appears to be no fan! Bar- The service was so lovely and most were extremely pleasant. Thanks to Delroy for making the best cocktails and advising us about the best places to eat. Leo was also great! Food- was okay I had food poison on the second night, literally room bound for 2days. The food choice is good something for everyone and had a mixture of local and international. Pools looked good I’m a beach person and the little beach was cute and nice! Overall, you can not really fault the place and the staff make it really enjoyable. I will definitely be back, until next time! Read less

We just returned from our stay at Warwick. Guests: my husband and I Reception: our welcome was great. Marvin gave us a king room upon our request as we had 2 doubles which wasn’t ideal. We also had a free upgrade through Amex. We were also able to check in earlier than 4 pm. Overall reception experience 5/5 Rooms: rooms are average. The room was clean. The AC was incredibly loud. Lucky for them, it didn’t bother us because we like white noise when sleeping. I cannot imagine quiet sleepers tolerating this. The washroom was hugely disappointing. It was tiny. You can barely walk in without landing in the toilet. The shower is a tub. This could easily be upgraded to a shower with sliders and better fixtures for water. Water pressure was very low. Overall rooms get a 3/5. Overall hotel upkeep: The hallways on every level smell so foul. It smells like someone peed on the carpet. That carpet needs to go!!! The smell is ten times worse at night. At night it’s nauseating. The daytime for whatever reason is slightly more tolerable. I spoke to front desk about this and they giggled and said they would have someone check it out. Clearly she’s heard this complaint many times. Management please do something about this. The lobby furniture needs some serious updates. Get rid of the fabric stuff that also stinks. Get some more comfortable furniture. It’s like they went out of their way to make it as uncomfortable as possible. Overall score is 2.5/5 Food: Verrandah buffet was better than expected. Reggie is awesome! In fact all staff were welcoming, accommodating and helpful. Food quality was good. 4/5 Edgewater grill was not okay for me. I got the shrimp and upon it being placed on my table I felt it was raw. I asked for it to be put back on the grill. They apparently did so but it didn’t look much different. I hesitantly ate it. That night I was very sick with vomiting, diarrhea, chills and sweats. It took me 48 hours to recover. My husband got the steak and said it wasn’t good. 0/5 Abbiocco- Italian: service was terrible. The manager in the purple shirt was not supportive of his team. Our server was trying to keep up but couldn’t. He didn’t ask us if we wanted drinks, didn’t get our appetizer and was clearly struggling to keep up with all tables. Food was okay. Bonus points for no food poisoning. 2.5/5 We would have liked to try the Asian restaurant but they didn’t have it open on the 5 days we were there. That’s kinda insane to me! Pool restaurant: I got the jerk chicken and choked on it. It was the driest chicken I’ve ever had. I stuck to fries for the rest of the trip. Overall food experience: 3/5 Entertainment: Night entertainment was alright. Again, they get points for trying. But not too engaging. Travis and Alex were great on the beach. They were funny and entertaining. Overall entertainment: 3/5 Drinks: Pool bar service is terrible if you you up to the bar. They all seem to hate their jobs and are grumpy. They are the only folks we didn’t tip because it was consistently a bad experience. Brennen was awesome at serving us poolside or beachside. We relied on him for our drinks and he delivered. Pool bar served well drinks (bottom shelf). Coffee machine in lobby is awesome. Lavazza coffee. Overall drinks: 3.5/5 Read less
