Cons: -They gave us a room directly next to the incredibly loud elevators. Every time someone went up and down the elevator we heard it in our room waking us up from our sleep. When asked to change they told us to come down at 8 am to request another room and no one was at the desk. Their customer service needs a tremendous amount of work. There was no acknowledgment that this was an issue and was an issue for several other customers as well. -There were never enough CLEAN towels. Several towels were stained. -Rooms are incredibly dated. - No ventilation in the room - No towel hooks, body wash, hand soap, or water bottles in the room - Dark hallways which were creepy at night -No room service! -Can't bring food into your room - Restaurants were closed so we had to eat the same buffet food that did not change frequently. -Not only are the elevators loud, they smell horrible! -Low shower and sink water pressure -"Island view" is a view of the parking lot, not the island! Pros: -Strong drinks! I guess they try to get you drunk so you don't realize all of the cons! Overall, shocked that this is a four-star hotel. I won't be coming back! Read less

My mother and I stayed at the Warwick during my birthday week in July! We had an amazing time. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We had a great view of the beach. The hotel had a lot of entertainment every day and evening. It was included as part of the all inclusive price. We enjoyed the beautiful kept grounds and the well maintained restaurants. We particularly enjoyed the buffet. We were greeted every day by our wonderful hostess Sharette M. She made sure all of our requests were accommodated. Turns out we shared the same birthday and she organized a staff Happy Birthday sing along for me. That was super special. You will enjoy your stay at the Warwick. Great value for the money. Great food, great staff, and well maintained hotel! Read less

Beautiful all inclusive hotel. Very beautiful and well maintained. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was very good with a variety of restaurants to choose from. Sherry kept our room #620 clean each day, and was very friendly. I would highly recommend the Warwick Paradise Island hotel for a vacation in the Bahamas.

Nice hotel but with dated rooms / bathrooms. Service was a bit slow at times - but always friendly. Food was quite tasty as well. Recommend making reservations for the two “specialty” restaurants well ahead of time. Concierge wasn’t very helpful - couldn’t recommend any spa / massage other than the one at the hotel.
