This hotel is as close to home as you'll ever get...I loved it. There was no problems or concerns anywhere in or around this hotel. This hotel smell extra good as you enter and that was our first sign that we were in the RIGHT place. I loved my suite my friends want one next time lol.

Unfortunately we didn’t have a good experience at this hotel. We booked a room on our way home from our baby moon/ anniversary trip with my husband and toddler. Hubby decided to splurge since it’s our last trip in a while and decided to book us a suite with the river view so we can enjoy it when our toddler went to sleep. When we got there the shower wasn’t working. We had to call front desk twice for them to send someone up. Took about 2 hours for them to tell us they can’t fix it. And we had to wait around and couldn’t enjoy our nice room that we paid $400 for the night while all that happened. In the morning when we checked out I explained to the check out person the situation that we couldn’t take a shower or enjoy the room and that we wanted a discount but she said they couldn’t give us a discount since we booked through capital one and not directly through them. I asked to talk to the manager and she wasn’t available. I asked again for her to call me back and she never did 2 days later. Very dissatisfied and disappointed with our experience at this 4 star hotel. There are so many other nice hotels in the area. I recommend staying somewhere else and save you the headache.

The hotel is very nice, very comfortable and has everything you'll need for an enjoyable stay! The valet attendants were great!!! Especially Cody, Jalen and Quinten! They were very attentive and accomodating!! Top notch!! Geographically, you can't do better than this hotel. Short walk to Beale St and everything it has to offer!
Good Hyatt in downtown Memphis

This is different type of Hyatt that encourages a more laid back atmosphere. The lobby area is very inviting if you want to just hang out, there is also a pool table and guitar.

The hotel has an excellent location right in the heart of downtown and within walking distance to Beale street. Beale street has a lot of restaurants, bars, and live entertainment.
The hotel has a nice gym with a lot of space, and a great view of the Mississippi. Globalist benefits are pretty good too. One thing that is a little different is that you can't use a SUA award at this particular property. I'd also like to give a special shout out to Jalen Howard. Jalen works the valet and is very professional. Pricing at this location is generally <$200 and is well worth the money.

Location is goof for Beale Street

Great location. Don’t need a car. Parking is expensive. The front entrance is in the back in a courtyard off MLK. Dont be fooled by the big Caption sign over the locked door on Front street. Pro tip:take a glass out of your room to fill the ice bucket. It doesn’t seem to recognize the bucket.
