Corner Rooms have oversized windows with river or city views, and 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 2 persons.

At first impression, this hotel seemed great... however once I left the nightmare began. This hotel double charged me and then was not able to correct their mistake. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company (still ongoing I might add) to fix their mistake. Stay away from this hotel and don't trust them with your credit card details.

The room was clean and the hotel was well-maintained. Staff was attentive. There was no in-room coffee station. Coffee at the breakfast station was $5 each. That's too much. Parking is $33/night. That's too much. Breakfast ran about $20 per person. That's too much.

Clean, comfortable and great sunset on the Mississippi. Staff is friendly, restaurant downstairs and a five minute walk to Gus's world famous fried chicken. Great for couples, could use a bigger desk for business travelers.

We had a lovely stay at Caption. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Walking distance to the businesses on Beale St was nice. We did have trouble finding the hotel because my gps kept taking me next door and the sign wasn’t very visible. Also had trouble finding the check in desk inside.
