Special thanks to Fareed at reception and Gamza and Joseph for handling our bags so efficiently. However, the room’s furniture could use an upgrade as it felt standard. I had a disappointing experience with the laundry service. Despite requesting my clothes to be folded, they were returned on hangers, which was inconvenient as I was traveling the next day and had to redo it myself. The staff member, whose name I believe was Asdeep, did not understand my instructions, making it a frustrating experience. Read less

Jasdeep kaur service was excellent and she was very friendly She was able to help me quickly and was able to give me multiple options of things to do around Dubai. She made me feel like I was at home and the service was very, very, very, very very very good.
