Signature Studio Rooms are recently renevated, and are larger in size with a seating area, and 1 queen-size bed, sleeping maximum 3 people.

Family Rooms are equipped with a private balcony offering city or river view rooms, with 1 large double bed and an extra single bed, sleeping maximum 3 people.

Executive Rooms include access to the Club Lounge which offers complimentary daily buffet breakfast, all-day tea and coffee, soft drinks and snacks, complimentary evening cocktails, and complimentary laundry or pressing service.

Poor room condition. No robe, complimentary mineral bottles not bathroom amenities provided Poor front office service. Never check my booking and ask for payment even club membership and identity provided, Never print receipt upon check out. Never update my points with the club.

Held my wedding at CKS on the 10 / 11 / 2024. Ivan was an amazing help in terms of helping us to ensure that the processes and the logistics as well as the whole flow leading up to our big day was flawless. He is also patient and responsive often working outside of office hours to answer our queries. Desmond and Nick, our banquet operation manager and assistant did exceedingly well in terms of coordinating the while banquet as well as the lunch. Aside from being proactive and working well with my MC and bridal team, they often went above and beyond to ensure that my wife and I were doing well and that they would always go out of their way to make us comfortable and happy on our big day. Nonetheless, this sucess is largely attributed to the joint effort of this incredible men. My heartfelt thanks and will always recommend them to anyone who is planning a wedding with CKS. Read less

Hotel is good, we had a good stay, room was great. Mr. Lance Tan was supportive and provided great services in terms of taking care of us at the time of checkin and keep checking if everything is fine. however the breakfast menu was not great specially for vegetarian family like us and had almost the same menu for 3 days.

This hotel is a great value and has a wonderful location. We had an enjoyable stay with fantastic breakfasts (both eastern and western cuisine) The staff was very helpful and the pool was sparkling clean (and in Oct the water was a great temperature). Would definitely return

We stayed in Studio Signature for 3 nights and it was pleasant. But what made it perfect was the service from concierge, his name is Abdul, he is honestly the best, amazing service, interaction, just a professional and great person!! Very fast in responding, extremely helpful. Will definitely be back.
