Worst hotel! How can we sleep with this infernal noise of air conditioning in the room? If you want to sleep then don't go to this hotel! So much noise the all night and when you tell that to the front desk they said is normal !! Poor service !! And for gold or Diamond member no upgrade…

Great experience, the room was incredibly nice , clean, quiet, overall a wonderful stay, thank you Alex! He is the guest service manager, great attitude and very friendly! Definitely will be back soon! The penthouse is really beautiful!!

No water pressure in the room. Sewer smells coming out of the bathroom sinks (we stayed in multiple rooms). We’ve stayed here several times over the last five years. They are not keeping up with repairs and it’s dirtier than I remember. Pool is nice. But that’s about it.

The rooms are very clean and up to modern date the front desk staff are a very accommodating and understanding. The manager is very insightful and helpful and goes out his way to please everyone. I’ve been staying here for a while and it never disappoints.
