City View Rooms have sweeping views of New York's city skyline, with 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 2 adults.

Standard Studios are slightly larger at 385 sq ft and have 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 2 adults.

Studio City View are as above, but with views of the city, with 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 2 adults.

I appreciated the ability to get the room way before check in time, definitely added a star for me! Breakfast was crowded but fine; hotel offered wine and cheese hour for all guests in the evenings. The room was small, of course. Climate control wasnt great, it was very stuffy in the room.

While I would love to sing the praises of this hotel...I cannot. As a solo traveler members of the staff barged into my room without knocking twice... Once (in the evening) they didn't even identify they were staff - as one can imagine this was frightening. The handset on the phone didn't work and was never repaired, this added to the feeling of being unsafe.. Manger at the front desk- well honestly didn't care once he eventually discovered it was a staff member who went to the incorrect room. The second time was 5:45 pm- I was happy I'd just finishing dressing. The shower had tepid (warm) water once during my 6 nights stay, the rest of the time it was darn cold. Elevators are a weirdly big deal at this hotel, I waited a number of times upward of 10 minutes to have an elevator stop at my 38th floor The staff in the breakfast area were fantastic. Read less

I’ve been a member of Marriott’s Bonvoy (initially Honorguedt program since 1984. I’m currently a lifetime Platinum Member. I’ve spent 1474 nights at hotel under the Marriott umbrella plus hundreds of other hotels. That said I never left a review such as this. This hotel is the worst property I’ve ever encountered . Stayed 3 nights. The shower head leaked the first 2 nights. Had to make multiple attempts to have it repaired. The hotel only offers maid service every other day but you can request bath towels or washcloths. Took multiple calls. The phone was not working so I had to go the lobby each time for follow-up. It was a king size room and there was only a six inch clearance between the air air conditioner and the bed. They have 3 elevators, in a 42 storiy building. Any employee can take the elevator out of service if they need. On my second morning I personally saw that only 2 elevators were in service at 8:00 AM. Heavy checkout period. It literally took over 15 minutes to get down. Guests had to take an up elevator until it started downward. I saw elevators coming up and then suddenly reverse and go down. I saw the lights on the floor selection panel go completely blank so guests had to request their floor again before they passed it. This all went on over 3 days. Last the shower tends to flood as the drain is right under the shower head and the shower floor does not tilt toward the drain so there is a water built up next to the door at the back of the shower. I know the hotel has gotten some decent reviews. But, the employees I dealt with only showed they really didn’t care that much. They obviously have a major management problem Read less

Great hotel perfectly located for sightseeing. Very close to Hudson Yards & Times Square. 10 minutes from Penn station making it perfect for getting in and out of the city. Great hotel perfectly located for sightseeing. Very close to Hudson Yards & Times Square. 10 minutes from Penn station making it perfect for getting in and out of the city. We had a kitchenette in our room which at times was very useful. The room was clean & tidy. Breakfast was good, not too much choice of hot items but what they did do they did well. Only moan was the lifts, not enough for the amount of people at popular times. One breakfast time they had an out of order on one lift so we opted to do the 10 floors by stairs 😳 All in all a good value hotel. Read less

There are bed bugs ALL over pillow tonight. We killed one yesterday and two tonight. Two had run away. They were too active to be caught. Their bed bugs could be that big 5mm like an insect, That means they lives here long time. We had bought several dead bugs to front desk. We were deeply frightened by the terrible scene. Sleepless night… After browsing, we found that Elements already had bed bugs record since 2011 and 2017. Disaster Elements: a. We just meet another guest in front desk also claiming bed bugs. b. Front desk had No record of our bugs complaints made in midnight. C. And always reply no other room if we do not take the room you offered. But the lady in front of us just switched to another room. d. There were no water this morning in all top floors. Hotel keep delay in process refund. The lousy service manager had poor attitude to follow refund. Read less
