Boasting some of Las Vegas’ finest rooms and suites after a $380 million dollar transformation, it’s easy to understand why. The accommodation is divided between four majestic towers with wonderful views of the Las Vegas Strip, the Spring Mountains and the hotel’s incredible pool. Then there's the Tank, as the swimming complex is known, comes complete with a shark tank, 3-storey waterslide and 13 private cabanas for hire. There’s also an infinity pool, aptly named The Hideout, which is strictly for adults only. Other temptations include a superb spa with steam rooms, sauna, massage and beauty treatments plus a state-of-the-art fitness centre to work off those American-sized portions! Several restaurants are at your disposal, including Vic and Anthony’s, one of the country’s finest steakhouses. Alternatively, head to Chart House for sumptuous seafood, Red for Pan-Asian cuisine or Grotto for Italian fare. Come sundown, Troy Liquor Bar is the place to be with a lively atmosphere, DJs and exotic cocktails. An incredible hotel with an incredible range of amenities, look out in particular for the Hand of Faith in the lobby - a 61-pound gold nugget found in Australia in 1980 with a metal detector just six inches below ground – now that’s Lady Luck at her finest!

This place is a joke and they know what they are doing. Dirty is an understatement.
3 hours waiting for our rooms. The upgrade, what upgrade to a different tower less noise is a joke. Stay far away.
Don't gamble here go next door Four Queens fun time.

Stayed in room 986 Carson Towers the place is filthy. Cup rings on almost every surface, crumbs all around the dressing table area, thick dust on the lamps and window cill I wrote my name in it behind the TV. Thats after additional cleaning. Complained to front desk and to House Keeping they just said that they would look into it.
Overpriced and tacky and rundown

Awful, run down, rooms have broken furniture stains and scuffs. My bathroom had poor drainage so bath filled with water whenever I had a shower. No coffee/tea making facilities. The staff were the only thing that made the place decent. Even places like the inhouse Starbucks and Cick-Fil-A charge more than their main street/mall branches. We were…

The service is good, but the room quality is lacking. Tub looks dirty, the reading light does not work. When you want more lighting in the room, it is very limited. Room seems dark and dated. Apparently the room service seems to be overwhelmed, and didn’t even make our bed. They gave us more towels, but that is it. Wall paper is peeling in areas…

Pros: Stayed in one of the tranquility rooms in the Rush tower and it was awesome. You didn't hear any of the noise from outside; room was very clean and up to date. Housekeeping staff was great as was the staff at the bell desk and hotel host.

Cons: Due to a family member's medical issue with standing, I paid the extra $50 for VIP check-in. Upon arrival we went to the VIP room and were treated beyond terrible. They basically called me a liar when I told them that I reserved the tranquility suite and informed me there were none available anyway as the last one was given to a VIP. I was told based on what I paid, there was no way I reserved that type of room and that I must have talked to someone offsite who was not familiar with the hotel at all. After getting nowhere with the conversation, we gave up and took another type of room. Once outside, I found the two emails on my phone that confirmed by reservation and went back to her desk. She looked at it; made a call and then magically had a tranquility room available that was being cleaned. No apologies - nothing. A very bad start to our trip.
I was sent a survey and went over my concerns and have called twice to talk to someone about this .. but no response at all.
