No hotel is perfect but it is how management responds to problems when they occur that makes or breaks the overall experience. In our case, we had major problems with the airport pick up service and a most unpleasant experience in the hotel lobby bar which we are hopeful will never be repeated again. We spent a week in this hotel and booked a corner suite in the 19 the floor with a nice overview over the city. The hotel has a rather dark lobby due to its wooden pattern. The staff is friendly and very helpful . Our suite had a living room and bedroom. Also a floor with a large wardrobe and an spacious bathroom. It was very tidy and we enjoyed a nice service. The hotel is in the City center and everything is easy to reach. To the Pike Place Market its about 600meters . The „ distance „ is not a disadvantage because in the area of Pike Place Market you find hundreds (!) of homeless and drugpatients who live on the open streets .Not always a pleasure to pass them. The hotel offers valet parking and extremely nice staff! Thank you to them. In the ground floor of the hotel you find a starbucks and a little friendly but expensive shop for the travellers needs.(food, beverage and souvenirs) .The friendly and well informed Concierge Kenya offers also transport to the airport or cruiseport. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely choose this hotel again on our next trip to Seattle. Thank you to all the staff! Read less

This is probably the fanciest/ best hotel that I have ever stayed at. We didn't arrive until later which I called ahead, and they said it was fine. We ended up staying on the 19th floor with downtown views and it was just amazing. The room had a button by the bed to open and shut the curtains! The VIEWS WERE AWESOME! The bathroom was awesome. They had a robe, bath bomb, and bath salts for you to refresh. The Shampoo and Conditioner didn't do well with my hair, but I did bring my own. The lotion they had was awesome though! I wish I stayed here before I went to Canada because then we would have had more time in the room! We did order room service. The fries tasted a little weird, but the chicken was great. They delivered beer to the room, since I didn't want to leave the room! I would 100000000% stay here again. Read less
