In Downtown Washington DC, a 10-minute walk to the White House and 20 minutes to the Washington Monument. Transfer time from Washington Dulles International Airport: 35 minutes.

Studio King Rooms are approximately 358 sq ft and feature 1 king-size bed plus a sofa bed, sleeping maximum 3 people.

Executive Rooms are approximately 378 sq ft and situated on higher floors, with enhanced amenities and either 1 king-size bed or 2 double beds, sleeping maximum 4 people.

Franklin Park View Rooms are 252 - 312 sq ft in size and offer views of Downtown DC's largest green space, eith wither 1 king-size bed or 2 double beds, sleeping maximum 4 people.

Overall, I was extremely disappointed in this hotel. For a "4-star hotel" I have experienced more amenities, friendlier staff, clean spaces at hotels at half the cost. For my first time visiting DC, I regretted each time I had to return to my hotel room. For a two night stay, I had a great initial experience getting checked in, but my room was chaotic. You can barely see the old charm of this historic hotel within the rooms. For the king bed standard room. There was so much furniture - full desk, huge media stand, a couch, minibar. The interior design is hard to look at- sharp wall paper, bold art, dark furniture. Worries started to arise when I attempted to plug in my phone, they have three lamps with plug in within their bases (one on each night stand and one on the desk). Spark came out of the lamps on the end tables as I attempted to plug in my OG Apple phone charger. I opened the minibar to peek at why these prices were so high. All the beer (7) cans had dates from 2023. All snacks are reboxed without expiration dates. Ice machine was broken on my floor and there was no access to cold water. My bathroom would only reach Luke- warm. I wanna shout of the cleaning crew who unclogged the bathtub that didn't drain. They were receptive and cleaned the tub as well. An acclaimed "4-star" rating is a joke. Your towels feel like similar to those from a dog salon. I attached a picture of the spider web in my room. The hospitality ended after my check in. Checking out, the front desk clerk did not greet me, ask how my stay was, or thank me for staying. Read less

This was an experience of a life time and the Hamilton Hotel is the best. If you decide to visit nation's capitol please consider staying at the Hamilton and be sure to see Tony as the concierge. He will guide you not only with directions to see the sites but guide you using transportation whether its public or private. Best trip ever.

Excellent hotel . The staff were very pleasant and happy to help if they could . Rooms were spotless and were cleaned every day , towels were replaced every day . Beds were comfy and the pillows so so soft . We did eat in Via Sophie , bit of a hiccup there, but it was quickly resolved and the restaurant manager came to speak to us personally. Well… Read more

Our trip was to bring our grandson to DC ourselves instead of his school class. Hamilton Hotel is positioned nicely within the DC area for access to Monuments, Museums, White House and Capitol. We enjoyed our stay and the staff are all wonderful.
