Great location in Times Square. Excellent service and rooms are clean. Hotel staff is very friendly staff. Hotel offers complimentary breakfast and coffee all day. Thanks to Lynn Ali and Joseph for all of the help. Will definitely visit again.

The hotel staff asked if I wanted to be added to their text. It was a great tool. I had 2 rooms and one wasn't ready. I was able to communicate with them thru the app and they checked on us to make sure everything was ok. I loved that they had 24 hour water and coffee in the lobby. During busy times like the am elevators can be a nightmare. However there are like 28 floors so I expected that. Breakfast was good and a huge money saver. Near the heart of the city. Room clean and confortable. King size bed a best solution for the family. Plus value: breakfast incluse ( bacon, eggs, waffle, yogurt ) , fresch water and hot coffe all the day. Nice welcome. Rapid check in and check out.

I was very disappointed with my stay at the Hampton Inn Manhattan/Times Square Central in late June 2024. The air conditioning wasn't working correctly, which we noticed the first night and reported the next morning. At the time we noted that the wall mounted thermostat wasn't communicating with the the air conditioning unit. "Always on fan" had no effect, and decreasing the temperature didn't turn on the unit, or allow it to run longer. Without a fan and with too long between cycles, the air become stagnant and we didn't sleep well. When we reported it the next morning we were promised it would be fixed, and for a short time it seemed like it was, until the fan cut out again just as we were going to bed. The second night was marginally better, but the unit still wasn't working properly and the room was again uncomfortably warm. It still wasn't working when we left, which we again reported. But, what really bothers me is that upon departure, we were promised that we'd be promptly contacted by the manager to discuss the situation, and no one ever reached out. I was offered 2000 points for my "inconvenience," which is worth about $10. This is for a $1,000 stay. That's just insulting, and the staff at the Hampton Inn can and should be able to do better. I filed a complaint on their website and was again promised a response within 3 days. Six days later I'm still waiting. I've had nothing but good experiences at the Hampton Inn prior to this stay, but this hotel fell below the standards I have come to expect. Read less

Hotel was spotless; security made it feel safe. Best point is the staff, who does everything to accommodate and resolve quickly. Special recognition to front desk Lizbeth, who recognized me and made me feel very special. Excellent hotel representative.
