My stay at this Hilton property was extremely disappointing. First, upon my check-in I was told that the breakfast buffet wasn't woth the money and I should eat elsewhere. I have never been given that advise at any Hilton location. Second, my room was between two elevators; I was distraught as my Hilton profile clearly states 'away from elevators'. Third, I was approached by the manager 'RANY' who discussed the situation with me but offered 5,000 Hilton points. So I agreed to stay in my room and suck it up. Finally, afer waiting two weeks for my points, I called the Hilton Honors and the representative added the points to my Hilton account. The representative also filed a complaint against the HGI on my behalf. I told Hilton Honors that I as a Diamond member I would never stay at this hotel again.

Visited with my daughter, room big enough for two king size beds, clean, plentiful towels and coffee pods. Also quiet. Great location, easy fast check in. Friendly staff. Top floor room, 34th floor, no issues with lifts whatsoever. Enjoyed our stay.

The staff have been wonderful everywhere: front desk, concierge, cleaning staff, restaurant. Also had a great interaction with Lynn, the marketing liaison who provided a lot of information about Hilton and gave us extra Hilton points. Great location for Broadway.

I’ve been here a few times. It frequently has drops in price to more reasonable prices.
The waiter staff at the empire steakhouse were a bit rude, but I was with a group of students.
