Fantastic welcome from James on the front desk….this man is a star and made us feel so welcome and every time he saw us he remembered our names. The room was amazing and the view to die for….we were in a corner room. Heavenly bed and pillows and extremely clean with a great bathroom and shower.

My stay at Hotel 50 Bowery was wonderful. It’s located in the heart of Chinatown, very convenient, there’s many classic Chinatown restaurants, boba shops, bars within blocks of the hotel. My stay at Hotel 50 Bowery was wonderful. It’s located in the heart of Chinatown, very convenient, there’s many classic Chinatown restaurants, boba shops, bars within blocks of the hotel. They have a rooftop bar with a 360 panorama view of the LES. The room was very clean and cozy, soundproof is really good bc I did not hear anything from outside in the morning to disturb my rest. Staff is incredibly helpful. Will definitely return here on my next visit to NYC. Read less

This is one of my favorite hotels in NYC! This was my second stay in 2 months at Hotel 50 Bowery and I'll make this hotel my home base whenever I'm in town. Location - Location is amazing. It's right in Chinatown and very close to Lower East Side (LES) and SoHo. If you're a foodie, you'll be in heaven. There's also several subway stops about a 5-10 min walk away. Rooms - The rooms are clean. They have an industrial vibe with the concrete walls and ceilings. Highly recommend getting a room with city views. You have an incredible view of the city skyline. My husband and I were there for the 4th of July and we had great views of the fireworks! I had requested synthetic pillows ahead of my stay and they were ready and waiting for me when we got to our room. Staff - They are the reason this hotel is exceptional! They are absolutely one of the best staff. They're all so kind, friendly and genuinely ready to help you. We ran into some issues with our parking ticket (we had booked the Penny for Parking package) and they were so helpful during that process. Kim and the whole crew at the front desk are the best! The hotel looks fairly new and the second floor common area and roof top bar made for a comfortable meeting/hang out area. The professional, genuinely kind front desk employees added to the beautifully appointed spaces. The only odd thing was the breakfast ordering process and needing to go downstairs to pick it up. However, the breakfast sandwich and bagel with salmon was delicious! Disappointed we couldn’t stay longer. Read less

The staff was super friendly, and drinks on the roof still provided a spectacular view of downtown Manhattan. It's also a great location for exploring Chinatown and Little Italy. Highly recommend!
