Christina was very kind and very helpful during our stay. She helped us a lot already during check in and we were very gratefull for it. We strongly recommend, we would go again. The Hotel is right in the center of New York City, wich is also very convenient.

In geberal, the staff at the reception I have met wasn't friendly and helpfull. Hopfully for me, I was recieved in the checkin day by a receptionist from Burkinafaso who was very helpfull. The breakfast go and grab at Bond 45 should be varied.

We were given our room keys and our bellhop saw us to our Spacious room. Read less

We totally enjoyed our stay at The Edison celebrating our Anniversary. It was good to be back and better than we remembered. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the security staff were great. The WIFI was good but spotty at times. Rommel Gopez (Director of Guest Relations) was amazing. He was warm, friendly and gave us the personal touch that made us feel special. His team was outstanding. LaToya at the reception desk always had a smile and made us feel comfortable and "at home". They were both the epitome of what to expect from a classic hotel like The Edison. The room was clean and comfortable but during our second night (of our nine night stay) we had a major flood from the room above at 4:30 in the morning. Andrew, the night manager and James came up quickly and upgraded us to another room. Again a great team that worked well together! The breakfast vouchers were good and gave us several convenient options to choose with flexible hours (which is a rarity). The only suggestions I would give are to have a magnifying mirror in the bathroom and better lighting in the room, perhaps dimmers. Look forward to our next stay. Read less

Location was the most attractive feature. More tasty food options in hotel with good value would dramatically increase rating. Provide complimentary tea and coffee throughout day.
