I really enjoyed the large pool and outdoor are at this location. Roshelle Moore was very friendly, understanding, human (full of great hospitality), funny and really help us with our unique experience through the 3rd party!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Disgraceful. Booked a room for the Memorial Day weekend many weeks ago to come from Australia and meet up with a relative. When I arrived with two bags late on Friday night in a new city, I was told my booking had been cancelled (even though the bookings.com app said the booking was confirmed). The reasons for cancelling my booking on the day I arrived were 1. That my credit card didn’t work (it did and still does) and 2. That I was not contactable by phone (I was). I had to plead with the front desk to help me find another hotel late at night at the start of a long weekend. There was nothing wrong with the credit card (I used it at the subsequent hotel I was forced to walk with my bags to), and my phone works a treat. Clearly the hotel was overbooked but they didn’t have the decency to tell the truth. AVOID! Read less

My experience at this hotel was mixed. The positives: good location, easy walk to many restaurants etc. Front desk staff at check in were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were large with a nice sitting area in the king suite. Beds were comfortable. Connecting rooms are available, so it was a good set up for my group. The downsides: Noise. There is an outdoor music venue across the street that blasts extremely loud music until 2am. We asked to change rooms but nothing was available. Earplugs are provided. Staff were sympathetic and offered a discount which was appreciated. In addition, the a/c in one of our rooms was malfunctioning and whirred like a helicopter on and off all night long. Two different maintenance people came to try to fix this but it continued all three nights of our stay. The condition of the rooms was also substandard. The arms of the chairs were worn and shabby looking (peeling vinyl). There was mold on the top of the window frame in one of our rooms. And although the service was friendly at the restaurant, the food and coffee were low quality. If I were to return to Austin, I would choose to stay in a different hotel. Read less

Indigo was a great place to stay. Good location, near good music venues with Stubbs and Mohawk both across the road. The capitol is within walking distance as well. Karl and Jacob were really helpful staff and made the stay really nice and friendly. Thanks very much. We will be back.
