THE BEST HOTEL that I've stayed at in a while! From check-in to check-out, I felt so welcomed. The rooms are immaculate and comfortable. This hotel should be an example for all others. The staff were so professional and the view was spectacular. I hope to stay again in the near future.

Their sustainability efforts are much appreciated; they provide reusable water bottles and a filtered water dispenser in the lobby, their roof has greenery on it and informative signs that tell you that green roofs reduce runoff and increase water retention, etc and the room electricity is tied to the key card. I loved these features. In addition, I arrived late night, and Misako at the front desk made my check-in experience so pleasant and even offered me a snack on the house since I "may be hungry from the late travels". Have not had a better check-in experience before! Finally, the bed and pillows were so comfortable, room was spotless, everything was very up-to-date, and wifi actually worked the whole time just fine. Hard to find all that at a hotel! Highly recommend. Read less

The hotel room was clean, cozy and well maintained. From the time we checked in to the time we checked out the service was beyond exceptional! Staff were kind, friendly and approachable. I look forward to staying again soon. I highly recommend!
Image of the Tripadvisor rating Highly recommended and everything is close enough to walk

Overall, my experience was great. The walking score is excellent and felt safe walking everywhere. I wish it had room service, as I like having a pot of coffee delivered in the morning. That was the main drawback, but everything else was excellent. I wouldn't recommend the Spa, unless you want the convenience of it being in the hotel.

We spent the weekend over at this hotel and I couldn't be more pleased with the service, cleanliness and attentiveness of ALL staff. They had a birthday basket set up for my son and over all our experience and needs have been met by the team. My son used the pool the whole weekend and I was impressed how the upkeep is, I've seen the team test their pool water (for chlorine and PH levels I guess?). Breakfast was delicious though the day we were there a staff server had called out so they were a bit behind in serving food. The only thing I would say is the valet parking is $59 per night but nonetheless this is the perfect location downtown! Read less
