Our room was run down with rust in the bathroom, no glasses in the bath or fan, no coffee in the lobby, a disgustingly filthy lobby bathroom, only one functioning elevator, electrical outlet in the bathroom is loose and hanging out of the wall, screaming children in the halls and delayed airport shuttles. Even if shuttles were on time, running them on 30 minute intervals for an airport hotel is not adequate. What should be a nice hotel, is barely adequate/habitable.

No issues at all. Airport shuttle that goes every 30 minutes. Quick check in, clean rooms and bathrooms. They gave us connected rooms as requested. Nice inexpensive breakfast, Rosa was very courteous and professional.
The only problem is that TripAdvisor is asking for 200 characyers which makes review difficult lol

One of the highlights of our stay was the exceptional service we received at breakfast. Our server, Ana, truly went above and beyond to make our dining experience memorable. She was attentive, friendly, and incredibly professional. Ana made sure our coffee cups were never empty and accommodated all of our special requests with a warm smile. Her excellent service added a personal touch to our stay, and we couldn't have asked for a better start to our day.
We highly recommend the Hyatt Regency Dulles and look forward to returning soon.

Great Breakfast, Great room, great location, and did I mention the outstanding complimentary breakfast for Hyatt Members? Rosa was phenomenal all week, always had a to go coffee ready on my way out. Free parking is a great bonus in this overpopulated area too. Well played Hyatt, I’ll be back.
