Fabulous location and great services offered. Was upgraded from a jr suite to a terraced suite which was a lovely gesture, also was able to check in earlier which was a welcoming surprise after a long flight.
Hotel has direct access to Macy’s and there are lots of shops, restaurants very close by.

Pretty quiet for being in the middle of such a noisy city. Great fitness center. Fairly eco-friendly toiletries (though the bar soap still came in plastic). Very comfortable bed and pillows, nice roomy rooms. Pretty good location in terms of being able to walk to cafes and such. I would stay here again.

Hyatt no longer living up to the expectation of luxury. Our room was dirty with stains on the couch and carpet. TV was old and did not have streaming services. Hyatt no longer worth the expensive price. Feeling like it is time to look at other hotels.
Nice hotel but watch out for outrageous parking fees

Did not expect to pay an additional 30% to park my car here during my stay. This needs to be clear, I certainly would've stayed closer to the convention in a hotel with free parking had I known it would run me $41 a day just to park my car in their garage. Car didn't move but parking basically cost me one more nights fare....

Great room; very clean and comfortable. The decor was modern and accommodating, coffee maker, refrigerator, etc. The shower was nice and hot with great pressure, as some hotels have weak pressure and you get cold in the shower. We were impressed with the amenities although we were too busy in the city to use them.
