The hotel was well maintained and I thought my room was quite nice. The soap dispenser in the shower was empty, but this is a small thing. Like everything in downtown San Francisco, it is an expensive place to stay. The most disappointing experience was with the restaurant. The only breakfast option I was given was the "buffet." It was a good buffet, but nothing special. The cost was $39! The cost of the buffet was not published on anything that I saw. It was only marginally better than free buffets that I have had at other hotels. It is definitely not worth the price! Read less

Excellent service from check in to check out. Great view of the city, enjoyed coffee (though prefer Nespresso machine) in room, fridge and perfect location for convention next door and near gardens. Always friendly staff, clean room and gym was great to use. Will be back!

Had to call for things as simple as a dental kit, and took 45+ mins to get at a time when I needed it urgently. Also, the quality of the dental kit was really bad. Not expected from a reputed… Read more

I enjoyed a lot about this hotel. The King Club Access was worth it for the breakfast, which has a lot of options for a light meal in the morning. I was able to save money on food while I was there.
