The hotel

One of the region’s most iconic buildings, Jumeirah Emirates Towers combines leisure and business for an unforgettable stay in the heart of the financial district. The hotel tower and the office tower are connected by The Boulevard, the place to go to splash the cash on those designer brands and grab a bite to eat at the celebrated Parisian hangout, La Cantine du Faubourg. If the Boulevard isn’t enough to fill your shopaholic desires, you’re just minutes from The Dubai Mall with it’s host of shops, attractions, and restaurants. Whilst you’re located in heart of the city, staying at the Emirates Towers give you complimentary access to the private beach at Jumeirah Zabeel Saray, so you can ensure you get your fill of sunbathing in too. If you’ve had a busy work schedule on your trip, The Talise Spa is on hand to relax and rejuvenate, with an oxygen bar and flotation pool as well as a host of treatments. You don’t even have to leave the room to feel pampered though, there’s a menu of in-room bath options to enjoy a soak with a twist. And when you retire to the bedroom, the skyline views of Dubai really are spectacular.

All the services are exquisite, and the personnel are accommodating and kind. I had a fantastic breakfast, but the overall experience and interaction with the staff were exceptional. Thank you, and I am looking forward to being back soon.

I recently stayed at Jumeirah tower and had an unforgettable experience, thanks to the outstanding service provided by concierge team especially Malik, they went above and beyond i would say. Malik was incredibly knowledgeable about Dubai, offering personalized recommendations for dining, activities, and local attractions.

The lobby of the hotel is very popular for meetings. But I would like to highlight the friendliness of the employees, particularly Shira and Maria who work at the reception of the breakfast restaurant. They both made my stay amazing. Thank you very much!

My stay at Jumeirah Emirates Towers was one of the worst experiences I’ve had. Initially, I was surprised to find that my membership had been canceled, despite the fact that I stay at Jumeirah hotels nearly every month or two. On the same day, I faced harassment from a security guard at the hotel elevator. I was returning from shopping with my room companion, an additional guest, and a hotel staff member who was helping us carry our bags. The security guard approached us angrily and prevented the elevator from going up, stating that the third guest needed to be registered. I explained that we were in a hurry because we urgently needed to use the restroom and assured him that the guest would not be staying in the room, and that we would complete the registration process immediately afterward. Despite this, he showed no flexibility. Upon reaching the room, I received a call in a manner that felt like an interrogation, implying that we were unwilling to follow instructions, even though I had confirmed my intention to comply and explained our urgency to use the restroom. When I went down to register my guest’s ID, I was met by the Operations Manager, who handled the situation in an unexpectedly harsh and security-focused manner. Read less
