Our visit met our expectations and more. The main reason was the staff headed by GM Tamir. However Charles and Angela spent Time and effort to resolve issues that were above and beyond what my wife and I have ever experienced in the finest of hotels that had nothing to do with their responsibilities. We love staying at the King David. Beautiful rooms, perfect location, excellent service, (Hany who served us in the dining room for breakfast, is the most attentive waiter we’ve ever seen - and we’ve been to 67 countries and hundreds of hotels) Looking forward to our next visit.

Everything was spectacular! I especially want to commend your staff. Two employees who went above and beyond were Lorette and Rahaf. They deserve special recognition for their kindness and professionalism. My room was extremely comfortable, and the shower heads were so wonderful, they made me feel like I was at a spa every day.

We’ve been staying at the King David Hotel in Jerusalem for a number of years, and keep coming back! The hotel is beautiful, rich with history, the grounds are magnificent, and the hotel is in the best location. The staff are excellent, Jeremy from concierge is wonderful, eager to help in any way he can. We look forward to coming back!

The pillow are not fluffy The soap reminds me of the holiday of Chanukah a little bottle they want to last eight days Food was inedable and they have the worst breakfast buffet in the country I quess you see I really do not know how your rating works
