Image of the Tripadvisor rating I’m out, Hilton & HHonors!

Rooms are standard Hilton and fairly quiet. My complaint is with Hilton in general and management at this property. They don’t really value Diamond members and that goes for Hilton in general as of late. I asked for a late checkout (Thursday checkout) and was denied. It was the typical “we are booked…”. They don’t really value Diamond members and that goes for Hilton in general as of late. I asked for a late checkout (Thursday checkout) and was denied. It was the typical “we are booked…”. This was during the 2nd week of November in the middle of the week and with no Convention taking place!!! The hotel and the entire resort was like a ghost town! I received the same treatment at the Conrad at this location a couple of years ago. Anyways, rant over. I’ve moved on to a better brand/loyalty program where I am treated significantly better. Hilton properties to me these days are viewed as flow over/last resort properties. Marriott and Hyatt trump them! Hilton must be hurting for $$ because they nickel and dime their “guests” to death. Damn shame because I liked them but I guess nothing lasts for ever. I’ve cancelled every HHonors credit cards as well. Buh bye! Read less

Will be my future choice for conventions in LV. Hotel is perfectly fine and quiet, rooms are impeccable. Utilization of the Las Vegas Loop is super convenient to get to the LV Convention Center. No entertainment visible when entering the hotel, but quick connection to the shared facilities with the other two Hilton hotels.

I must admit, I put down my phone this weekend. It was about creating memories and embedding them in my mind. I wanted to focus on every sense. I must admit, I put down my phone this weekend. It was about creating memories and embedding them in my mind. I wanted to focus on every sense. Listening to the laughter around me, soaking in the smells, remembering the touch, and cherishing the taste. Las Vegas Hilton at Resorts World was the perfect place for this! The property combines luxurious amenities with a vibrant, modern atmosphere, making it a perfect destination for a couple looking for that Las Vegas love affair. This stunning resort, located along the Strip, offers a blend of relaxation, upscale dining, and exciting nightlife that creates an ideal setting for a memorable romantic getaway. Las Vegas Hilton at Resorts World's rooms and suites are designed with contemporary elegance and comfort in mind. Many rooms boast floor-to-ceiling windows, providing breathtaking views of the iconic Las Vegas skyline and surrounding desert. For couples, the spacious suites offer added privacy and luxury, complete with soaking tubs and plush bedding. Smart room features enhance the experience, letting you control lighting and temperature with ease, creating the perfect ambiance. The resort’s extensive dining options cater to every palate. With all the options, we didn’t even feel the need to leave the property. CROSSROADS was my favorite. It is an intersection where vegans, flexitarians, omnivores, and meat eaters can cross paths to share a meal. Wally’s was our wine night out. The selection is vast, and the atmosphere was an ideal spot for a quiet dinner for 2. As a New Yorker, I was excited to see Junior’s on the dining list. Always a guarantee for a good cheesecake. But when LADY M was delivered to the room, and the Mille Crepes touched my lips… With its combination of luxurious accommodations, diverse dining, pools, spa, entertainment, lively gaming floor, shopping and so much more Las Vegas Hilton at Resorts World is an outstanding choice for a romantic escape or any other retreat! After the last 2 trips to Vegas, I had almost given up on Sin City, but I realized I just needed to go to the other end of the strip and upgrade the company! Read less

I loved this hotel. I went a few years ago actually. To be fair I loved Vegas as a whole. I don't gamble and there is so much to do and see its fantastic. My room was HUGE. The biggest room I have ever seen in my life. Bed was super comfy. It's about a 15 min walk from the Bellagio to give some idea of location. In the mad heat it was a bit… Read more

The biggest room I have ever seen in my life. Bed was super comfy. It's about a 15 min walk from the Bellagio to give some idea of location. In the mad heat it was a bit intense but I recall some sort of underground tunnel to get out of the sun. Staff were lovely. Great place to wander around then go to another hotel and wander haha. Definitely recommend. Read less

If you’re a Hilton honors member, run away! This hotel doesn’t care about you and tries to rip you off on the meager benefits they do offer. It took 1 hr to check in because Heidy couldn’t get the rooms to post and make keys. They were prepaid so should have been quick. Had to go to back to get support from manager. Then as we were finally checked in, we noticed they put us in 2 Queen rooms vs the King deluxe reserved. So another 20 minutes of waiting to correct their error. Then at checkout I noticed that they had credited my $15/person/ night food & beverage credit - which we get $15 at a Hilton Garden Inn, why is it the same at a Hilton… then, Heidy again, tells me it’s only valid at one restaurant- Dawg House- which also just happens to be the only restaurant that REQUIRES a $50/person minimum tab to eat at. No use of benefits at gift shop for water, etc… of course, they don’t tell you of this at check-in because they don’t really care that you’re a Hilton member… I like the resort, the pool was great, valet easy to use and friendly, and the property is great. Just don’t think of it as a Hilton. Or a Conrad. It’s not. It’s just a mega casino that doesn’t care about the flag it holds. Read less
