The staff was very friendly. They offered us complimentary drinks when we arrived. Special shoutout to Ken, who went did a super job! The rooms are very small, but we were there for just a few days with carry-on bags so it was fine. The location was convenient.

Excellent location, walking distance to M and many restaurants/bars/sights (the hotel has very small rooms, but has many other great characteristics. The bar and ground level restaurant were quite acceptable, I did no try the rooftop bar.

Currently sitting at the bar and I'm annoyed...i Came in for drinks with my partner to celebrate our 5 year anniversary. The waitress with the rainbow colored wig was very rude from the start of the interaction. Absolutely No greeting, very short tempered and just all around rude. Basically gave "what do you want energy" I went to grab a menu to LOOK at the food options (not even to eat just because I'm curious and as a follow yelper I wanted to upload an updated menu. As well as just wanted to know for future visits. We have a dinner reservation after this so I'm not even trying to eat) before I could even TOUCH the menu she snakily replied "We're not serving food anymore!" It rubbed me the wrong way. It's a way to say "no" without being rude. Which is a shame because I live in the area and have been saying I wanted to visit this property because it's always packed and seemed lit. Definitely wont be coming back here. And you shouldnt either unless you want to be treated like trash. P.S. I saw two roaches while waiting on our tab. And if there are roaches out in the bar area on Thursday nite with loud music playing & large groups of people around there are typically more. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION! Read less

Where do I even begin with the nightmare I have gone through during my stay here for a business trip. The cleaning staff (male) stole my Valentino gym shoes with the box from my room. The customer service is so bad it's comical. I've spent hours on the phone trying to get ahold of management for the staff to say (multiple calls a day) the managers are in meetings / just stepped out. The front desk has hung up on me more times than I can count. All I was trying to do was get a hold of a manager to let them know that about their staff and their sticky fingers. Mind you the rooms are so tiny you can't even hide a thing anywhere. Finally after weeks of calling, I was able to get the owners name (Wei Ng) and email during one of the calls. I had a male voice calling because they knew my phone number by that point. The owner Wei Ng responded to the first email and gave me Marriott points and agreed to compensate back for the stolen shoes. It's now been 3 weeks since Wei's last response and have yet to be compensated for my shoes and still no reply from any email. Not one person from the hotel has contacted me back to resolve this issue. Wei Ng, Melissa Golub, and Gilbert Langsi were all on the email chain. Not one of them has responded to compensate me as they stated. Read less
