Dear Omni, As a frequent guest at your Providence location , When going to Boston I automatically thought to stay at your Omni Parker House location thinking I could trust the level of class, customer service, and amenities. I am so disappointed with the Boston location. Not only was front desk rude but the elevators, hallways, room are all musty, dingy, old and frankly not up to snuff with the four star rating or price. The walls were all cracked and the carpet dirty in the rooms. The window unit AC was loud, there was no water provided in the rooms and the bathroom Was minuscule. I wish I were exaggerating. I just want to say that your beautiful, sophisticated, clean, kind, and classy Providence location is highly misleading. I feel really cheated out of a luxurious Stay I trusted I was paying for. I’m so shocked at the state of the Boston location and beyond disappointed. It sent me in a complete bad mood feeling like I wasted my money and time feels awful. I will always stay at your providence location, but will remain weary of the Boston branch. Kiran Zaman 203-809-3703 Kiran Read less

You likely won’t get a better warmer or more enthusiastic greeting and welcome anywhere else. Ask for Richard. You won’t be disappointed

Stayed here for work last week (July 2024). So much history and old-school beauty in every aspect of the decor. This hotel feels like walking into a different era. Room was comfortable, service was amazing, and the location could not be more convenient.

Extremely small room, bed was barely a double! Dark small room with no view, poor ventilation and window does not open.
