There's a friendly boutique atmosphere at the Omni, thanks in part to its Florentine Renaissance architecture. Built as a bank in 1926, the hotel is quite grand, with Italian marble and Austrian crystal chandeliers in the lobby. A great way to get your bearings in the city is to join the free Saturday morning walking tour — find out about its history, architecture, legends and more. Fortunately, you don’t need a guide to find your way to Bob’s Steak & Chop House, which serves some of the best steaks in town. Bob’s Bar is also popular; check out the monthly cocktail special, made using local ingredients.

From the time we arrived Darrell greeted us at the door and took care of our family the entire time. He was always ready to land hand to give it advice to help us get where we wanted to go. Special mention to Wesley at Monty’s restaurant. He took care of our every need and made us feel right at home. The rooms were beautiful housekeeping was there to meet our request. The whole visit from start to finish was amazing. We are planning a trip to New York next and we would definitely be staying at Al from this experience. Read less

The whole staff made our 2 nights stay here exceptional. It was my wife’s birthday weekends and they went extra mile with upgrading our room floor and welcomed us with bday cupcakes. We will def come back. Thanks omnia hotel.

The grounds are always well kept and all the workers you cross paths with are so kind and attentive. This starts from the second that you come in through the front door!
