The hotel

Always surprised how well the staff provides great care. It is our favorite place to stay, the casino is not filled with smoke, any problems the staff is quick to assist. I have been there many times in the last 4 years and the place has only gotten better.

Self parking and digital check in through the MGM app was a breeze. Room was clean and had everything we needed. Beds were comfy, and the strip view was worth the higher rate. We ate at a variety of restaurants from The Chef food truck to a few higher end places, and all of the meals were very good.

One of the best MGM properties ! Non smoking property. Generous amount of food credits is offered. We had a good time staying at the property. The front desk staffs did the best job to get us checked in as fast as possible. The online checked in & checked out process are very convenient !

I didn't stay 5 minutes I thought maybe staying there was a good idea bc of the non smoking. That place is a DUMP, the shower was chipping away there were tares in the carpet and it looked dingy, thank goodness for my host. I honestly thought they would have been a little nicer

The hotel was clean, the room was quiet and smoke free. It was nice that the Park MGM is centrally located to so many attractions around Las Vegas. Went for business, but took the wife and enjoyed the entertainment, dining and time away from home.
