Helpful and super friendly staff. Exceptionally attentive. Our upgrade to the Emerald Suite was a very nice surprise as we were celebrating our 20th wedding anniversary. The room was really beautiful and comfortable. Unfortunately we didn't get the opportunity to use the spa or pool but it gives us a good reason to come back soon to do so!

If you are looking for true 5 star quality in Boston there are much better options. The butler service is more a gimmick than a focus on what a customer wants. The restaurant options are sorely lacking for any kind of decent room service. Quality of the rooms and service was lacking as well even in a large suite setting.

Raffles is by far the #1 hotel in Boston. From the endearing, helpful, and polite staff who made certain to meet my every need (even those I did not anticipate) to the immaculate room and top-notch toiletries, to the outstanding food and service - I will make this my only hotel to stay in going forward.

From the beautiful lobby to the indoor pool/gym, spectacular restaurants and the speakeasy…amenities were top notch. It’s a place where you…

Absolutely fabulous stay. Staff are attentive, rooms are well designed, new and clean. Breakfast is amazing and the views are gorgeous.
The pool and gym are state of the art, super clean and well maintained.
Only one day the housekeeping was rather lacking (inconsistent with amenities and checking but not unclean).
Well done Accor! Lovely…
