Only gripe was windows still let in quite alot of draught and being on the 10th floor it did get quite draughty. 6 adults in 2 rooms with 2 beds and a sofa bed in each .Room was great ,a good size ,very clean ,it’s a busy place and staff friendly and efficient . Location is great .However I would not recommend the sofa bed for adults,it is very uncomfortable and only suitable for small kids.

This hotel is well located for all sightseeing trips. It is clean, maid service everyday! The breakfast….. phenomenal. Set us up for the day. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Great place to stay. Thank you Rui Plaza, Times Square .You did not disappoint

This trip was ridiculous. It was a work trip but with tons of free time and this was a great base to explore the city. Got to hang out in Time square. Never thought I’d be living this kind of life but here we are. Hotel was great. Staff super nice and the room was perfect.
