Had a morning flight so arrived around midday but a room was already available. Staff at front desk, in the restaurant and bar were some of the most friendly and helpful I’ve interacted with (apologies I cannot remember names, my memory for names is awful!) Found the hotel to be centrally located for sightseeing and eating out. Many locations were within walking distance. Room with a view of the city view, but it was on a lower floor so it was obstructed. Encountered maintenance and housekeeping issues during our stay, but staff addresses them.

Very nice experience again in this luxury establishment, the rooms are spacious and extremely clean. the bedding is very comfortable and therefore allows for optimal rest. The gym is very well equipped, with new and very efficient equipment.

Absurd to charge a $25 'amenity fee' since I was told it was for the water and coffee setup in the lobby and also for use of the gym. Really unfortunate to charge guests for amenities that they may not even use. And $25 per night is ridiculously expensive. Besides that, the breakfast menu prices are also absurdly expensive. $27 for an egg… Read more

Besides that, the breakfast menu prices are also absurdly expensive. $27 for an egg omelette is crazy and other items were just as expensive (e.g., acai bowl for $19). I ordered eggs but had to return them when I found a hair in mine. Not a good experience. Read less

I inadvertently left my white Sony WH-1000XM5 headphone, cost $400. I made several phone calls and spoke to different staffs to no avail. I received an email confirming Item NOT found. The only place I’ve been where my item was NOT returned.
