Not so great,…. I’m writing this review from room 901 B. Two calls to reservations central and no email confirmation on room rate and including breakfast,… or not?? One low quote, said that hotel fees and taxes were included. Front desk had no say, only to say what was in the system and we should appeal to central reservations by phone. Was told that reservation central would call us to address this complaint, no phone call received. Fortunately, the rate is low for what the hotel has to offer.
$44.00 overnight parking,… not including tax,…. and gratuity.
Work being done at the entrance now. Some people have difficulty walking up the steep ramp that curves and has cars sharing the driveway with people.
Shower drain needs help in 901 B.

Great hotel!!! The rooms are exceptionally clean beds and pillows are comfortable. The easy beach access is phenomenal. Like the bar at the pool and beach service they offer. Valet and doorman were very kind. Be prepared though for elevator issues if you want to get ice you will have to take the stairs. 9 out of 10 stars ⭐️

Location and neighborhood was excellent. The staff was good but, they put us in a room they knew had a leak. Water flooded out unit. When I told staff, they said it was an ongoing issue. They said sorry but, did nothing. I wouldn’t stay again, too bad
