Excellent hotel, however the food prices are CRAZY! It’s a good thing there are so many options everywhere. Bottle water is $14 and right outside the hotel it’s $2. The reason for 4 stars and not 5 is there’s no microwave at all at this location and paying $600-$800 a night I would think it’s doable!

We stayed in this hotel for 4 nights, the hotel itself is really lovely and the staff are excellent. Unfortunately upon checking in we were required to pay a $200 per night deposit, which in our case amounted to a block being put on my card for $800 . This policy was not made clear on the booking website we used,on the Hilton’s website it did mention a deposit of $100 per night was required. This left the lovely girl on reception in an awkward position having to try to explain their new hotel policy. Only for the booking had been prepaid I would not have stayed in the hotel as I was quite annoyed with their lack of transparency. Read less

From the moment I pulled into valet, I was so impressed by the friendliness of the staff. They gave us tops for navigating town tonight, a special concert, and took us to the desk. At the desk, we were beyond lucky to have Kessi check us in. She worked to get out room ready right away, walked us to the elevators and truly gave us white glove… Read more

At the desk, we were beyond lucky to have Kessi check us in. She worked to get out room ready right away, walked us to the elevators and truly gave us white glove service at every step. Of course, the hotel is new, beautiful and so well appointed. But you can find that a lot of places, what you can’t find are exceptional staff and people Kessi that take a good experience to amazing. My partner and I got stuck in New York when all Amtrak trains to Boston were canceled and we had to spend the night in New York City. We had difficulty getting a last minute hotel room and stumbled on Tempo that had two rooms. It was a very pleasant surprise. The staff was very friendly and accommodating and the hotel itself was ultra modern. The rooms were a bit small but were sparkling clean and hi tech. The restaurant was excellent and they had happy hour. The bar had some interesting concoctions. The next morning very early the staff arranged for us to get to Kennedy. All in all an A Plus experience. I will definitely stay at this hotel again. Read less
