We enjoyed our stay. The concierge who checked us in at the hotel was very welcoming. Hetal upgraded our room and because it was our anniversary, she had a bottle of wine sent to our room. Room was clean, nice and cold, and had everything I needed. Staff were super nice from the moment I walked in the door. Brought my luggage right to my door. Check in was fast and seamless and Awien was an amazing host. She took great care of me during my stay.
