Internet very poor. In evenings we could not even open the email inbox. One of the staff did something & it improved but it was bad again after a few days. When I mentioned this to the front desk again they just ignored me. Unhelpful service at front desk. Could check in only after 3pm with no exception.

Very good accommodation at reasonable prices. Proximity to the subway and not least to lots of places to eat.

The location is very nice, near from MTR station, bus stops, mini market, restaurants, and public areas. Room was clean and all the facilities work properly. Also there is water dispenser at the lobby.

The corridor was filled with the smell of cigar but luckily it was not found in the room. Will consider CityView again in f=ny future visit as the location is super good.
