I guess our complimentary upgrade for high rollers includes listening to traffic. Housekeeping barged in at 8am even though we hadn’t been in the room more than 10 hours. Avoid at all costs. In fact avoid any… Read more

Image of the Tripadvisor rating Nice hotel but the smell is hard to get past.

Nov 19, 2024 Melissa A Virginia Beach, Virginia

Smell of the hotel is very off putting. The rooms were nice and the casino and restaurants were great, just hard to get past the smell. Maybe a mixture of stale cigarette smoke and cheap air freshener. Not sure. The front desk staff and bell staff were wonderful and very accommodating.

Nov 18, 2024 Anahi_paloma Sao Paulo, SP

It is 5 stars hotel, however our room stayed 2 days without cleaning, even after 3 complaints . Also in the hall there was foods leftover for 2 days even with after complaining. I am surprised with the lack of attention with the guests. :( It is very disappointing.

I was at the craps table learning, I asked the correct odds bet for a point of 9 and was asked to leave the table after that for holding up pace of play. I was absolutely mind blow by dealer Ken and his superior's rudeness. I have no idea why they were opposed to teaching at the table as it was empty after they kicked me off, would not… Read more
