Nice hotel but the smell is hard to get past.

Smell of the hotel is very off putting. The rooms were nice and the casino and restaurants were great, just hard to get past the smell. Maybe a mixture of stale cigarette smoke and cheap air freshener. Not sure. The front desk staff and bell staff were wonderful and very accommodating.

It is 5 stars hotel, however our room stayed 2 days without cleaning, even after 3 complaints .
Also in the hall there was foods leftover for 2 days even with after complaining.
I am surprised with the lack of attention with the guests. :(
