Great hotel with attentive service. The hotel restaurant "Lady Madison" had just what we needed after traveling all day. Everyone made us feel welcomed. The helpfulness of the hotel staff made us feel safe and made our trip that extra bit more enjoyable.

The only reason this review is at 4 stars is because of Abdul, the server at the bar and the staff at the Madison Lounge. We were a group of 12 and would regularly congregate at the bar before heading out. Abdul is super friendly, very attentive, and excellent at his job. Truly a pleasure to deal with. As for the rest of the hotel... It's a nice hotel, comfortable beds, nice rooms, and a pretty good location. Now, for the not-so-good part. On the first day, there was a hair on one of the"clean" towels, and the internet was down all night long. As a Titanium Elite member, they are supposed to upgrade me to their best available room including suites . I looked online and they had a king suite available. I received a message from the hotel saying a was upgraded. I walked into my room and it was an ordinary King room. Apparently, I was not upgraded to their best available room. They claimed the king suite was not cleaned and therefore unavailable for customers. I went and talked to the front desk and they said they would give me one the next day after housekeeping went through it. Of course when I went to talk to them the next day, they told me they did not have any available, and that I misunderstood. They never promised to give me one, they only promised to try. The Madison Lounge was a bit lacking in amenities, but the staff was excellent. Read less

Lovely place. Clean, comfortable and nice-sized boutique hotel. Great location. Ideal for work or sightseeing. Service is terrific everyone from the front desk to the front door is polite and attentive. In the lobby bar, Abdul was amazing - the perfect happy hour waiter.

Nice rooms clean, large, close to sights. Easy walk to Whitehouse and museums. Front desk especially helpful and nice eg giving us a late check out. Kennisha and several others behind front desk especially helpful and so polite and friendly

I went to the restaurant. It was so fun. He opened the kitchen for us. The best experience I ever had in my life. He was so cool and so awesome and so amazing and so funky fresh. I would definitely come back to his restaurant. Service was amazing for Abdul
