Loved the room, cleanliness, staff friendliness and the location! So much to see while walking around the Venetian into the Palazzo..It took us the three days to see it all. Very low key as well, which we appreciated, Casino was just the right size for us and restaurants held much variety and range in prices. Grand Deluxe Restaurant in the Palazzo was our go-to for casual but excellent. Shops were all on the pricy side, but it IS Vegas. Unfortunately, we were not big winners! Read less

Out of this world hotel at the end of the strip. The city of Venice within a hotel! Singing gondaliers going up and down the river on the second floor! Massive shopping centre. Out of this world hotel at the end of the strip. The city of Venice within a hotel! Singing gondaliers going up and down the river on the second floor! Massive shopping centre. It is very easy to get lost. Helpful reception and concierge staff. Great location. Massive rooms. Would be great to have coffee and tea facilities in the room, but there is a 24 hour Starbucks just next to the room lifts, also a 24 hour subway - which is great for a less expensive meal. A walgreens just outside if you want to get your own supplies in. We found out a bit too late that there is a free tram from Bellagios up to mgm. The hotel is next to the Wynn, which has an amazing buffet, but book several weeks before you go otherwise it’s walk in , which means queuing for up to 2 hours. Did a day Grand Canyon and hoover dam trip which picked up from across the road at treasure island - it was THE most amazing experience. Read less

My recent stay at The Palazzo was excellent overall, and it’s clear why this property is a favorite for Vegas visitors seeking a mix of luxury and convenience. I stayed in a Queen Suite, which was incredibly spacious, with a stunning view stretching from Treasure Island to Resorts World. The extra living area was perfect for unwinding—a much-needed respite in a city as lively as Las Vegas. The room was generally clean, though there were minor imperfections like a few spots on the bedding and fingerprints on the mirrors—nothing major compared to other Vegas hotels. The suite’s layout, with separate sleeping and living areas, made the space feel more like a retreat, perfect for relaxing after the city’s hustle and bustle. The Palazzo casino stands out from many others on the Strip. It’s clean, with a pleasant, non-smoky atmosphere, and the dealers were friendly and welcoming. It wasn’t overcrowded, making it a more enjoyable gaming experience. The property also offers a wide array of excellent dining options, catering to all tastes. The concierge was a highlight of the trip—extremely helpful with securing show tickets and dinner reservations. Check-in was smooth, though there was a little confusion about getting our bags up to the room. This was sorted quickly, but it’s worth keeping an eye on if you have time-sensitive plans upon arrival. We were in town for a concert at the Sphere, and The Palazzo is an ideal location if you’re attending events there. The land bridge from the Sphere to the property is incredibly convenient—it felt quicker than getting to some of the farther rooms at the Venetian. A couple of drawbacks included the Forum Shops, which were a maze to navigate—the signage could definitely be improved. Also, while The Palazzo is connected to the Venetian, the walk between the two can feel a bit long, especially if you’re unfamiliar with the layout. Tips for Travelers: Location Matters: If you're in town for events at the Sphere or the north end of the Strip, The Palazzo's location is unbeatable. Room Selection: If peace and quiet are a priority, the suite layout here is fantastic—worth the upgrade for the extra space. Navigating the Property: Give yourself extra time to explore or move between The Palazzo and the Venetian; signage could be clearer. Read less

Amazing resort!! Clean, convenient and very classy. I was there for a conference and staying at the Palazzo and using the resort was so nice. Rooms are Suites and luxurious. This is my 4th time there and can't wait to go back. So many good restaurants to choose from.

This was one of the best hotels we have stayed at in Las Vegas! The room (suite) was huge with separate sleeping and relaxing areas. We splurged a bit and upgraded to a room with a view of the sphere and it was definitely worth it. Tip: don't book the sphere view room to begin with. They will likely offer you a discounted upgrade before or during check in. The bathroom was also quite large with a separate shower, soaking tub, dual sinks and toilet room. The water pressure in the shower was good, but not great. They had plenty of complimentary toiletries as well. There are so many restaurants in the hotel to choose from, between the Palazzo and the Venetian. There is even a food court if you want something less expensive. The shopping is also incredible and seems to go on forever. We were here on a long weekend and only left the property once. The only negative is the price. Like pretty much everything in Las Vegas, staying at this resort is not cheap. Meals at most of the restaurants are a minimum of $40 per person and can easily get into the hundreds depending on where and what you eat. Nothing to do with the Palazzo, but getting around is not cheap either. Most of the time the Uber rides were close to $20 for a couple mile ride. We found the taxis to be a lot more affordable especially between the airport and the hotel. Overall, if you are looking for a luxury experience with great service in a really impressive place, we would definitely recommend the Palazzo at the Venetian. Read less
