Luxury King Suite City View with 1 king-size bed and sleeper sofa bed, sleeping maximum 4 adults.
Luxury Two Queen Suite City View have 2 queen-size beds plus sofa bed, sleeping maximum 4 adults. 

Luxury Sphere View Suites offer views of the new Sphere at the Venetian Resort, with either 1 king-size bed or 2 queen-size beds, sleeping maximum 4 adults.

Prestige Luxury King Suites have 1 king-size bed plus a sofa bed, sleeping maximum 4 adults. 

Prestige Luxury Two Queen Suites have 2 queen-size beds plus a sofa bed, sleeping maximum 4 adults.

I recently stayed at the Venetian / Palazzo and was disappointed with the service. My room wasn't ready at the promised 3 pm check-in time. After multiple calls and hours on hold, I finally spoke with a rude staff member, Joseph Longoria, who informed me there was no obligation for the room to be ready by 3 pm. He mentioned an upgrade that delayed my room further, which felt suspicious. Despite spending ~$800/night and thousands on food, beverage, and gaming, I felt undervalued as a guest. Communication from the front desk was poor, and it took over 5 hours and three calls to get an update. Instead of being accommodating, the staff were argumentative and lacked empathy. Got here at 11:00 and stood in line 30 minutes to check in and of course our room was not ready. They said they were vacant and just needed to be cleaned. Did not get notification our room was ready until 4:00 and then had to stand in line another 15 minutes to get a key. I am not impressed

Everything we hoped to do in our quick Vegas weekend was accomplished with our stay at the Palazzo. Great food, amazing room and view, incredible shows, fun activities and fantastic shops! Beautiful casino and architecture. Appreciated the easy indoor access to the sphere. Loved avoiding that 115 degree summer heat!

Nice Hotel. Room was very nice. The staff was great. Food price higher than expected. Casino was nice a little smokey.

15 years since our last visit and just as good. Rooms are great, food and drinks around the pool are reasonably priced with some great bar areas. A good location on the strip, with a huge casino. Security won’t let you to the lifts without a room key or ID, and we never had to wait for a lift for longer than 30 seconds.
