576 suites on 38 floors in 3 buildings with 5 lifts per tower. All with air-conditioning, 42" flat-screen HDTV, complimentary WiFi access (included in resort fee), iHome clock radio, safe, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, coffee/tea making facilities, fully equipped kitchenette, dedicated seating area, and luxurious bathroom with whirlpool spa tub and separate shower. Signature Deluxe Suites with 1 king-size bed and 1 queen-size sleeper sofa, sleeping maximum 4 adults.

Deluxe Balcony Suites and Deluxe Balcony Strip View Suites are the same as Deluxe Suites, with the addition of a private balcony. 

One Bedroom Balcony Suites and One Bedroom Balcony Strip View Suites are 900 sq ft with a full kitchen, spacious living room, private balcony, and master bedroom with deluxe king-size bed and 2 luxurious bathrooms, sleeping maximum 4 adults.

Delights (gourmet delicatessen, open for all day dining). Starbucks®. The Lounge (bar). Additional restaurants and bars at MGM Grand. 

Live shows, DJ sets, and performances at MGM Grand including Cirque du Soleil.

This hotel has a resort fee of $42 plus tax per room, per day (payable locally, subject to change).

This is the only place I ever stay at . I have been coming here for 40 years and stayed at many different properties. Signature is better in every way . I can’t imagine staying anywhere besides here. We got upgraded to penthouse and it was amazing. Bravo Signature

Excellent experience starting from check in to check out. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Very spacious room with balcony and great views. Very clean and housekeeping staff was very good. Only negative was the pillows are terrible. Location is great with easy access to MGM and monorail. Will definitely stay here again. Worth the $$.

Hotel was nice. F1 construction was awful and super annoying. Traffic seemed 10x worse than regular. Room was very nice. Coffee maker was not clean so o didn’t use. The room had a great view. Bed was comfortable and bathroom was great. I would come back, but would be good to get a heads up about the construction. It was a PAIN

Very nice accommodations but high resort fee for no reason. The room was beautiful and we felt at home however, we had a kitchen with no plates, pots,pans, untensils,or cups but I paid over $200 in resort fees+Tax every night. I would stay again but please remove my trash daily and replace the coffee daily. I had to go to Starbucks every morning… Read more

Great service. Great staff. Given a beautiful corner room with huge windows in living room and bedroom in Tower 2. We were able to check in early which was a big plus. While it is quite the trek to the MGM casino, it is definitely worth the walk. The rooms were quiet and clean. Will definitely go back!
