Standard Rooms are 205-220 sq ft in size, and are interior facing, with either 1 king-size bed or 1 queen-size bed, sleeping maximum 2 adults.

Deluxe Rooms are 235-245 sq ft in size, and are exterior facing, with either 1 king-size bed or 1 queen-size bed, sleeping maximum 2 people. 

Premier Interior Rooms are 270 sq ft in size, and overlook the quiet courtyard, with 2 queen-size beds, sleeping maximum 4 people.

Premier View Rooms are 245-265 sq ft in size, and feature views of the city skyline or San Francisco bay, with either 1 king-size bed or 1 queen-size bed, sleeping maximum 2 people. 

Skyline Studio Rooms feature views of the cities skyline, with 1 king-size bed or 2 double beds, sleeping maximum 4 people.

The hotel was great, clean and tidy with very welcoming and friendly staff. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Really nice hotel. Comfortable room and facilities in a great location. The staff are friendly and were very helpful shortly after our arrival when we asked to have the England Vs Netherlands European football game on the large TV in the lobby bar area. This made for a great start to our stay in San Francisco

I really liked my stay at the Stanford Court Hotel and would stay again. The room was a very good size and the bed was very comfortable but was very soft (I think this was a mattress topper). I had some nice amenities in the room like fridge, safe and coffee making facilities. Unfortunately I can't comment on the breakfast as I didn't eat there, however the buffet did look nice when I walked passed. The only reason why I haven't given my review 5 stars is due to the hotel insisting that I provide a $100 per night holding deposit which was not communicated to me when booking or when I paid 4 days before the stay took place. I was there for four nights which meant I couldn't access $400 out of my account. Eventually the money came available again but that was after 7 days. Read less

Welcomed into a really nice space and felt very comfortable with the nice staff. I’d just landed from Australia and had not slept and was allowed to check-in early (noting there was an early check in fee for doing so). My room was clean, bright and light with a very comfortable bed. The room had a. Amazing view facing down California St. There was a challenge with noise noting that the cable car runs alongside the hotel and the conductors love to ring a little bell. It didn’t prevent me from sleeping but might others. Foam earbuds were provided to block out the noise. The bathroom was cool. Sadly it has a combined bath and shower which appears common in the US. But it was fine with decent water pressure. Overall, great stay! Read less

I was charged the full amount of the reservation at check-in even though it was paid for in full two months prior. I understand errors happen but what was frustrating was the fact that I wasn't even advised that my credit card was being charged - I found out through a text notification from my credit card company. I called the front desk to inquire and the "text book" response from the lady at the front desk was that the charge was for security deposit - she obviously didn't check or verify the charge, because if she did, she would have realized that I was charged USD$500 over the regular security deposit. When I told her that her that the amount charged was way more than what should have been charged, she directed me to her manager's voicemail. I have yet to hear back! I finally went down to the front desk to talk to her in person and all she did was frown at her computer for a few minutes, with zero communication, an apology or even an acknowledgement that she made an error. The charge was reversed but this could have been handled a lot more professionally. My credit card was charged again mid way through the stay for a $150 security deposit and while I understand it was a valid charge, a little communication/notification would go a long way. The lady at the front desk was rude and obviously lacks the maturity to take accountability. The lack of response from the front desk manager shows that this attitude stems from the top. Read less
