The valet staff was exceptional. We had a great and kind experience with each of them! Nicolas Gonzalez brought out our car several times and was extremely nice. Great great staff selection. We also needed help with the bathroom door, something was wrong with the hinge and the staff was extremely quick and response. Would certainly stay here again… Read more

My stay at the Thompson in Austin was nothing short of spectacular. This hotel perfectly blends luxury with vibrant energy, offering everything from lively pool parties to exquisite cocktails. I was fortunate to stay in the upper-story residences, which combined the luxury of a 5-star hotel with the convenience of an Airbnb. The fully-equipped kitchen, along with amenities like a washing machine, dryer, oven, and microwave, made my stay exceptionally comfortable. The Thompson exudes that new hotel charm, excelling in every aspect. The gym is impressively spacious and well-equipped, featuring Peloton bikes, TRX systems, weight machines, and even a lounge area. Additionally, the attached game room offers virtual experiences in golf, lacrosse, soccer, and more. It’s undoubtedly the best gym I’ve encountered at any hotel. The pool area is a sun-soaked haven with excellent drink and food services, plus an attached restaurant. The pool get busy on the weekends! The lobby level is equally impressive, hosting a café, market, bar, and restaurant. Service was outstanding throughout the hotel. The hotel is beautiful, far more than 3 stars! The amenities, cleanliness, and vibe definitely feel more like 4 stars! Great location too, in the heart of downtown with many attractions within close proximity. Nicolas Gonzales in Valet is very kind and helpful! We enjoyed our stay and the hotel is beautiful!

Jacob Gonzales took great care of us and our car for valet. It was a relief to have such great service & parking in downtown Austin. It’s always a challenge finding reliable parking here. Thank goodness for valet teams such as this one. We will definitely be coming back! Thanks!
