The experience was good. It was a 4 day business meeting and the front desk staff was great. I had a little mixup with my reservation (my fault) that almost cost me several hundred dollars, they worked it out for me and everyone was happy. also the food for the meeting was really good! All the staff was nice and helpful

Had a wonderful experience at the Tommie Austin! We had a great meal at the Fifth Street Diner. Elizabeth our server was very kind and the food was delicious! Anthony one of the F&B Managers was attentive and helpful, saw him in multiple areas. We grabbed a drink from Arriba Abajo, it was a beautiful setting with a DJ playing music out on rooftop… Read more

Always love staying at the Tommie, the staff is exceptional and always accommodating. Rooms are clean, even their lobby smells amazing. The pool and rooftop bar is so cute. Right off of 6th street so close to everything. Definitely a place to stay if you are in the Austin area

I had high hopes since the tommie is really nice, but the rooms were pretty disappointing for how expensive our stay was. The toilet being in the same small “stall” (too small to call this a bathroom) is really off putting. I understand this may be a design feature but if you’re going to charge over $300 a night, have a designated bathroom.

Harry was the best. I watched him handle an incredibly rude, drunk, irate customer after midnight with patience, grace, and professionalism. He had gone above and beyond for myself and other customers during my stay, and deserves a commendation.
