Vdara Hotel & Spa at ARIA Las Vegas

The Strip, Las Vegas

Virgin rating

The hotel

Designed for those who want to tap into the energy and excitement of Las Vegas but would prefer to enjoy it from an exclusive, non-gaming and smoke-free resort, Vdara is one of few hotels in Vegas not to house a casino. What you get instead is a cosmopolitan, all-suite hotel that feels blissfully private despite being in the heart of the action. The cutting-edge pool is surrounded by private retreats, semi-private plunge pools and cabanas; there’s a world-class spa, and you are a few short minutes away from a dizzying range of dining, shopping and entertainment options, so you’ll never be short of things to do. The Vdara really is an oasis in the desert.

The Vdara hotel is in probably one of the better locations for a Las Vegas stay. You're walking distance to Bellagio, Aria, and the Cosmopolitan. All of these properties are connected making it easy to go between the 4. The rooms are nice, a bit dated, but good enough. Like what in the heck??? Come on MGM Resorts. Another great feature was the service. The staff at this property were very friendly from the young Man that checked us in to the Gentleman working the elevator. I was taken aback by the quality and friendliness of the service. This hotel doesn't have many amenities outside of a small bar, Starbucks, and small cafe'. With that said, it's a short walk to tons of shopping and dining options at any one of the larger nearby properties. I'll definitely consider staying at the Vdara again should I return to Vegas in the near future. Read less

Vdara is one of my favorite hotels to stay with in Vegas. It’s smoke free, easy valet and check in, located in the center of the strip, and connected to some of the best casinos! Not to mention there’s a kitchenette so I can warm up my leftovers. It provides a balance of fun Vegas and peaceful at the same time. Perfect for me!

Friendly atmosphere- felt ‘known’ like I lived there after only two days. The Starbucks girl in the lobby (Elena) remembered my drink and had it ready when I walked up. There are tons of people who stay here, and I am very average so it was amazing to be recognized and treated so well. Rooms were quiet and spacious, no casino (which means no smoke!) but a spa! Would make this my first choice to stay in Vegas. Read less

My family stayed at the Vdara and loved it. It is non smoking and the room was really nice and big. Would definitely come back and book again. They have a Starbucks in the lobby which was very convenient and walking distance to other casinos. Great place!
