Again deception with the hotel! Really do not deserve 5star evaluation. After having problems with my key every day and having to go downstairs and change it to have a new one. 3 days having the same problem. Today I left for dinner at 8:00pm and asked them to clean my room. They said in one hour they will clean it. I came back at 11:00pm and the room was not clean. We complained and the front desk and he did not give us any attention. No apologyses at all. The service and attention to client is very bad. Only when the managers take care things goes well.
Remember that my daugther stayed in another room left 10 am one day and we she came back at 5 pm nobody cleaned her room. When she complained rhey said to her that she needs wait until 10pm to have her room cleaned!

This hotel is old and dated and clearly has not seen any upgrades in the last 10+ years. There was no hot water in the room and the front desk was entirely unhelpful in finding a solution. The facilities are both tired and dirty. This is a hotel to avoid.

Worst hotel experience EVER. Not suitable for business trips unless you are happy to get woken up three times per night by false alarms triggered by the associated residence apartments. Loudspeakers are right in your room for a deafening experience. Enjoy!

Someone booked the hotel for me and they didn’t charge the person and made me pay all over again at front desk. Luckily I had a card with me. They ask for $250 incidental deposit or so can’t remember. Almost 3 months later they have not refunded that money in my account! Stay away! Only good thing there is the street view and the room bar with snack and it’s still not the best!
