Back Bay location on Huntingdon Avenue, close to numerous downtown attractions, including Copley Place Mall which is connected via a second floor skywalk. Transfer time from Boston Logan International Airport: 15 minutes.

Hotel staff is 5 stars from doorman/valet, bellman, desk staff and particularly Jennifer in in room dining who took initiative to customize our meals. She is a real keeper! What a great place to stay. Views are all amazing. Location, so close to Fenway, Newberry st,, subway- green line or orange Our favorite is breakfast at the Club (have to pay a little more but it’s nice) especially Irene Yeung! She is so fun and welcoming to see every trip

We had the pleasure and convenience of staying the night of July 4th at this great location. From check-in to check-out our experience was a pleasure. We had booked a room with a river view and were not disappointed. We had a lovely and very spacious corner room with a comfortable bed and large sectional sleeper sofa. Our friends had a king size room with a great view of the river as well. We thoroughly enjoyed watching the fireworks from the comfort of our room. We were informed upon check-in about the $30 destination fee and were given a little card that showed us how we could use this $30 as a credit towards food in the hotel or tour tickets. Our original bill after check-out did not credit our food purchase back to us - however, before I could even reach out to inquire - they sent a new copy of the bill where they had very quickly self-corrected and applied the charges as a credit. Excellent! We are Titanium Elite and received access to the lovely club. I have to say it was the best food we have ever eaten at a Bonvoy club. Very plentiful as well as healthy options and the staff was beyond friendly and welcoming! We even received a lovely follow-up email from Irene Young post stay saying it had been a pleasure to meet us in the club. Such lovely customer service! Thank you Irene! The location of this hotel is excellent. You can enter the shopping area and Prudential building without even going outside. There is a Duck Boat pick-up just outside and great access to "The View" observation area at the top of the Pru. LOTS of fantastic restaurants all nearby as well as the Boston Public Library, Trinity Church and Newbury Street - just to name a few things of interest. Read less

Our ‘river view’ — this is way too much money to stare at a roof. Disappointing — when we asked about a higher floor, we were initially told that we would just have to wait, and then we were told it was totally booked. Not impressed and would not return.

The Westin Copley Place is always a consistent experience. The hotel is clean, the staff is friendly, and the amenities are on point. Irene Yeung provides a fabulous guest experience EVERY DAY! She is personable, accommodating, and makes you feel welcomed and valued.
