Overall, I liked this hotel. The location was good (lots of food choices for pick up or delivery) and it was within walking distance to the CVS and Target in case you needed to grab anything. You do have to pay per bag to check them in and they charge $60 for an early check-in, so be prepared. Read less

This is the best stay I’ve had in NYC! Rooms are comfortable and quiet, and the YOTEL team is friendly and easy to work with. 12th floor “room with a view” was very worth it, definitely recommend. I especially liked that the rooms are eco-conscious, with lights that turn off automatically, recycling containers, and big bottles of soap/shampoo… Read more

Dear YOTEL Management, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel from 11/11/2024 to 11/13:2024. While I had high expectations based on YOTEL’s reputation, my experience was unfortunately far from satisfactory. Firstly, I encountered an issue with the water temperature in my room. Despite multiple attempts, I was unable to get hot water, which made my stay quite uncomfortable. Additionally, the paint in the room was chipped in several places, giving the room a neglected appearance. Moreover, the sink in my bathroom squirted water unexpectedly, causing inconvenience and mess. The sink also had cracks in the base. To add to my frustration, the television in my room was inoperable throughout my stay, depriving me of any form of in-room entertainment. We had to request the staff come to fix the lights because they were very dim making it hard to have any illumination in the room. The bed’s sheets were stained causing us to just sleep on the top bedding. Lastly, the vent in the shower was full of dust and gunk thus showing the maintenance and cleanliness is subpar. Given these issues, I feel that my stay did not meet the standards I expected from YOTEL. Read less
