This is our first visit in Dubai. The staff here surpasses expectations with kindness and foresight as to what we need as a family. Especially housekeep Ronel. It was like having a new room everyday. The doormen are always kind and offer water while we wait and the crew at the buffet do such great work. Thank you all.

I’m Prakash made our visit. We live in dubai and never had service like it he is the best. He went above and beyond for us. He should be promoted to management. We would hire him for our business he is that good! You should really give him a promotion very happy and the hotel is beautiful

I had a fantastic stay in this beautiful hotel the suite upgrade was amazing, I also enjoyed horizon lounge, the main pool and the Quiz night in the Underground bar was great fun. The hotell is very sentral and its close to most things. The staff are very friendly and our housekeeper Henry did a fantastic job of cleaning the room! Came home to folded clothes and shoes all lined up! We are pleased with the service and definetly return someday!
