All studios and suites feature a balcony or terrace, air conditioning and ceiling fans, flat screen TV with US and international channels, laptop-size safe and a kitchenette equipped with a microwave, small refrigerator, sink and small appliances, iron and ironing board. Garden Studios feature views of the pool or garden, bathroom with shower, and 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 2 people.

One Bedroom Garden Suites feature garden or pool views, as well as a master bedroom with 1 king or 1 queen-size bed, flat screen TV and full en-suite bathroom with separate tub and shower. The living room comes with a queen sleeper sofa, ½ bathroom and a second flat screen TV. Sleeping maximum 4 people.

One Bedroom Oceanfront Suites feature ocean views facing Grace Bay, as well as a master bedroom with 1 king-size bed, flat screen TV and a full en-suite bathroom with tub and shower. The living room comes with a queen sleeper sofa and a second flat screen TV. Sleeping maximum 4 people.

Deluxe One Bedroom Oceanfront Suites are renovated rooms in the Chelsea building with direct ocean views of Grace Bay from the balcony or terrace. The master bedroom has 1 king-size bed, flat-screen TV and full en-suite bathroom with a shower. This room also features a separate living area with a queen sleeper sofa. Sleeps a maximum of 4 people. 

Two Bedroom Oceanview Suites feature balconies with partial ocean views, and views of the pool and gardens. The master bedroom comes with a king or queen-size bed, flat screen TV and a full en-suite bathroom with separate tub and shower. The second bedroom offers a king or a queen bed, flat screen TV and a full bathroom with separate tub and shower. The living room features a queen sleeper sofa, ½ bathroom and a flat screen TV. Sleeping maximum 6 people.

Two Bedroom Oceanfront Suites feature balconies or terraces with direct ocean views facing Grace Bay. The master bedroom comes with a king bed, flat screen TV and a full en-suite bathroom with tub and shower. The second bedroom offers 2 twin beds that can be converted to a king bed, flat screen TV and a bathroom with tub and shower. The living room features a queen sleeper sofa, ½ bathroom and a flat screen TV. Sleeping maximum 6 people.

Deluxe Two Bedroom Oceanfront Suites are renovated rooms in the Chelsea building with direct ocean views of Grace Bay from the balcony or terrace. The master bedroom comes with a king-size bed, flat-screen TV and a full en-suite bathroom with shower. The second bedroom offers 2 double beds and a bathroom with shower. The suite also features a separate living area with a queen-sized sleeper sofa and a small bathroom. Sleeps a maximum of 6 people. 

Four Bedroom Oceanfront Penthouse Suites have expansive views over Grace Bay. There are two master bedrooms, each with a king-size bed, flat screen TV and full en-suite bathroom with separate tub and shower. Two additional bedrooms each offering two twin beds that can be converted to king beds, flat screen TV and a bathroom with shower only. One large living room featuring 2 queen sleeper sofas, ½ bathroom and a flat screen TV. Sleeping maximum 12 people.

Black Rock Grill (al fresco a la carte evening dining), Asú (casual buffet restaurant by the pool with indoor and outdoor seaing), Fish Deck (beachfront dining with a variety of fresh seafood and a la carte options), Dragon Orchid Sushi (a la carte serving sushi and Asian small plates, open for dinner), Food Truck Stop (consisting of 3 food trucks, offering cocktails and blended drinks. Tacos and Ceviche, and BBQ fare). Rumba Beach Bar, Swim-Up Pool Bar, and Coconut Bar. Use of restaurants and bars at sister resort, Blue Haven.

Vacationed at the Alexandra with husband and another couple. We stayed on the 3rd floor of the Chelsea Building in a room with a beautiful ocean view. When we were in the room we were on the balcony admiring the ocean and the most beautiful beach I have ever seen. Vacationed at the Alexandra with husband and another couple. We stayed on the 3rd floor of the Chelsea Building in a room with a beautiful ocean view. When we were in the room we were on the balcony admiring the ocean and the most beautiful beach I have ever seen. The only problem with the room was the person who cleaned and stocked our room. She did a good job cleaning the room but she neglected to give us bath mats or adequate towels each day. Our friends in the same building on the 2nd floor raved about their housekeeper. She did a great job and brought them small gifts. The restaurants were nice, the food was good and the staff were fantastic. We were particularly impressed by Ricar at the Fish Deck and Milan at the Black Rock. Both men took excellent care of us. Ricar seemed to be working all the time. We regularly had breakfast at the Fish Deck and 3 dinners there. He was always our go to server because of his attention to detail and our needs. Milan was our server at the Black Rock two times for dinner. The steaks there are super good by the way. Milan worked very hard and was very attentive to our wants and needs. One complaint I had about the Alexandra was that they do not offer non alcoholic drinks or beer. I voiced this complaint via a survey I received early in our stay. The VP of customer service replied to my email that they were trying to get me non alcoholic beer. A couple of days later Adrian from the front desk brought me 2 six packs of non alcoholic beer. I felt this was above and beyond the call of duty. The beach was beautiful with nice lounge chairs and plenty of umbrellas. There were always chairs available. We all very much enjoyed our stay at the Alexandra Resort. Read less

Just returned last Saturday after another great year at the Alexandra Resort. We’re time-share owners and come every July. I’d like to recognize a few staff members we’ve known for years now and also some new staff. Verona from the spa is AMAZING! She’s so kind and is great at what she does. Roselyn from house keeping is the sweetest and works very hard! Arnold from the front desk always greets us, hugs us and makes us feel welcome each and every year we come. Very kind gentleman. Rhyeem aka Razor from entertainment sure brings a lot of fun to the resort. Cheeky from entertainment is new and was on day 15 when we first arrived. He fits this job perfectly. He interacts with the guests and knows how to have a good time! We attended 3 nightly events during our trip and had an absolute blast (Silent Headphone party, Karaoke, and the Mardi Gras party). Cheeky has a very bright personality and brings lots of fun to the resort! Keisha from the coconut bar is great. I remember her from our previous trip and she even remembered us. She definitely makes the best drinks! Forty down at the beach has been working there for a few years and he remembers us. He always asks us if we need anything and ensures the guests are comfortable. Best beach I’ve ever been to. The water is so clear and warm. No waves and just like a pool. The food and entertainment is amazing here at the Alexandra. Staff member named cheeky is so kind and just an amazing person. There is also so many activities to do around the island. I recommend the jet ski tour.

Shaq, Rhazzor, Cheeky, and lettuce, were fantastic. They had us moving to their music. Especially Shaq and Rhazzor gave an amazing performance. Shaq got the “moves” . She’s not only a musician but a fabulous dancer. GREAT STEEL BAND PERFORMANCE!!

We had a lovely time at the Alexandra Resort. Adrian at the front desk was so helpful and polite. He was always there to help. The food is good but we enjoyed the food more at Blue Haven, their sister hotel. It’s a beautiful hotel but the beach at Alexandra is much better.
